Facts are Facts!!! Social Security Cards up until the 1980s expressly stated the number and card were not to be used for identification purposes. Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the message was removed. Our Social Security Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program.   He promised:  1.) That participation in the Program would be Completely voluntary, (No longer Voluntary) 2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual incomes into the Program, (Now 7.65% on the first $90,000)   3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year, (No longer tax deductible) 4.) That the money the participants put into the independent 'Trust Fund' rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program, (Under Johnson the money was moved to The General Fund and spent) 5.) DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable.

Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues. They've complained that much, if not all of Obama's major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.

Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election. The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, 'That's not true,' when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court's ruling.

As it has turned out, this was a watershed moment in the relationship between the executive and the judicial branches of the federal government.  Obama publicly declared war on the court, even as he blatantly continued to propose legislation that flies in the face of every known Constitutional principle upon which this nation has stood for over 200 years.  Obama has even identified Chief Justice John Roberts as his number one enemy, that is, apart from Fox News and Rush Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, and so on. And it is no accident that the one swing-vote on the court, Justice Anthony Kennedy, stated recently that he has no intention of retiring until 'Obama is gone.'

Apparently, the Court has had enough. The Roberts Court has signaled, in a very subtle manner, of course, that it intends to address the issues about which Obama critics have been screaming to high heaven. A ruling against Obama on any one of these important issues could potentially cripple the Administration. Such a thing would be long overdue.

1. ObamaCare violates the Constitutional principle barring the federal government from forcing citizens to purchase something. And no, this is not the same thing as states requiring drivers to purchase car insurance, as some claim. The Constitution limits FEDERAL government, not state governments, from such things, and further, not everyone has to drive, and thus, a citizen could opt not to purchase car insurance by simply deciding not to drive a vehicle. In the ObamaCare world, however, no citizen can 'opt out.'

2. Sources state that the Roberts court has quietly accepted information concerning discrepancies in Obama's history that raise serious questions about his eligibility for the office of President. The charge goes far beyond the birth certificate issue. This information involves possible fraudulent use of a Social Security number in Connecticut, while Obama was a high school student in Hawaii - and that is only the tip of the iceberg.

3. Several cases involving possible criminal activity, conflicts of interest, and pay-for-play cronyism could potentially land many Administration officials, if not Obama himself, in hot water with the Court. Frankly, in the years this writer has observed politics, nothing comes close to comparing with the rampant corruption of this Administration, not even during the Nixon years. Nixon and the Watergate conspirators look like choirboys compared to the jokers that populate this Administration.

In addition, the Court will eventually be forced to rule on the dreadful decision of the Obama DOJ suing the state of Arizona. That too, could send the Obama doctrine of open borders to an early grave, given that the administration refuses to enforce federal law regarding illegal aliens.

4. The biggie that could potentially send the entire house of cards tumbling in a free-fall is the latest revelation concerning the Obama-Holder Department of Justice and its refusal to pursue the New Black Panther Party. The group was caught on tape committing felonies by attempting to intimidate Caucasian voters into staying away from the polls. A whistle-blower who resigned from the DOJ is now charging Holder with the deliberate refusal to pursue cases against Blacks, particularly those who are involved in radical hate-groups, such as the New Black Panthers, who have been caught on tape calling for the murder of white people and their babies. This could send the entire Administration crumbling--that is, if the Justices have the guts to draw a line in the sand at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

THE MOST STUPID STATEMENT EVER BY A PRESIDENT-Unbelievable!

Spoken by the man who won't give up a vacation or playing golf  (as president Bush did while he was in office with our men on the battle field)  or cigarettes, of french fries or his hatred for America.  He takes our money and wants the wounded soldiers to give up their benefits

"BOY"!!!!!  Did the national news media "drop" the coverage of this statement like a "HOT POTATO"!!!!!  I'd like to see 'some' major new reporter ask him to "EXPLAIN" this statement!?!?!?  "OR".....was it a case of him having "Mis-spoke" it?????? HERE IS HIS RESPONSE WHEN HE BACKED OFF FROM HIS DECISION TO REQUIRE THE MILITARY PAY FOR THEIR WAR INJURIES.   Bad press, including major mockery of the plan by comedian Jon Stewart, led to President Obama abandoning his proposal to require veterans carry private health insurance to cover the estimated $540 million annual cost to the federal government of treatment for injuries to military personnel received during their tours on active duty. The President admitted that he was puzzled by the magnitude of the opposition to his proposal. "Look, it's an all volunteer force," Obama complained. "Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn't compute.." "I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country, "Obama continued "I wasn't asking for blood, just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I'd have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit.. I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans." Please let every one including every vet and their families whom you know. How in the world did a person with this mindset become our leader? REMEMBER THIS STATEMENT.... "Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice?" If he thinks he will ever get another vote from an Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard service member or veteran of a military service he ought to think it over.. If you or a family member is or has served their country please pass this to them. Please pass this to everyone. I'm guessing that other than the 20-25 percent hardcore liberals in the US will agree that this is just another example why this is the worst president in American history. A Man that Cares

Class shows up. The doctor had his TV on in his office when the news of the military base shootings at Ft. Hood , TX came on.   The husband of one of his employees was stationed there. He called her into his office and as he told her what had happened, she got a text message from her husband saying, "I am okay."   Her cell phone rang right after. She read the message.  It was an ER nurse, "I was the one who just sent you a text, not your husband. I thought it would be comforting but I was mistaken in doing so. I am sorry to tell you this, but your husband has been shot 4 times and he is in surgery." The soldier's wife left Southern Clinic in Dothan , AL  and drove all night to Ft. Hood . When she arrived, she found out her husband was out of surgery and would be OK. She rushed to his room and found that he already had visitors there to comfort him. He was just waking up and found his wife and the visitors by his side. The nurse took this picture :    What?  No news crews and cameras? This is how people with class respond and pay respect to those in uniform. I sent my cousin in Fayetteville , NC (Retired from Special Forces) that picture of George W. Bush visiting the wounded at Ft. Hood . I got this reply: "What is even better is the fact George W. Bush heard about Fort Hood, got in his car without any escort, apparently they did not have time to react, and drove to Fort Hood.   He was stopped at the gate and the guard could not believe who he had just stopped.   Bush only asks for directions to the hospital then drove on.   The gate guard called that 'The President is on Fort Hood and driving to the hospital.'   The base went bananas looking for Obama.  When they found it was Bush, they immediately offered escort.   Bush simply told them to shut up and let him visit the wounded and the dependents of the dead.     He stayed at Fort Hood for over six hours, and was finally asked to leave by a message from the White House.     Obama flew in days later and held a "photo" session in a gym, and did not even go to the hospital.  All this I picked up from two soldiers here who happened to be at Fort Hood when it happened. This Bush/Obama/Ft. Hood story is something that should be sent to every voter in the U.S.   Those who wanted "change" certainly got it.

  

Our New National Security Advisor

I read this in todays Wall Street Journal that our new National Security Advisor, Tom Donilon, was the Executive Vice President for Law and Policy at (are you sitting down) Fannie Mae. His servie was during the conpany's accounting scandals. As the WSJ goes on to say "The good news is he will not be in charge of housing policy".
I canot imagine how a President can be so discontcted from public opinion that he will actually believe that the public will see Donilon as the best possible candidate in these troubled times. But then again we are only just citizens………….
If this not make you want to vote, I don't know what it will take.

Davis. He was later introduced to young Barrack Hussein Obama.

   When people found out that Barrack Hussein Obama was enrolled as a Muslim
child in school and his father and stepfather were both Muslims,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he wrote in another book he authored "I will stand with them (Muslims) should
the political winds shift in an ugly direction",

   When he admittedly, in his book, said he chose Marxist friends and professors
in college,

   When he traveled to Pakistan , after college on an unknown national passport,

   When he sought the endorsement of the Marxist Party in 1996 as he ran for the
Illinois Senate,

   When he sat in a Chicago Church for twenty years and listened to a preacher
spew hatred for America and preach black liberation theology,

records, gave him the distinctive title as the "most liberal senator,"

   When the Palestinians in Gaza set up a fund raising telethon to raise money
for his election campaign,

   When he refused to disclose who donated money to his election campaign,
as other candidates had done,

   When he received endorsements from people like Louis Farrakhan and
Mummar Kadaffi and Hugo Chavez,

   When it was pointed out that he was a total newcomer and had absolutely
no experience at anything except community organizing,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he chose friends and acquaintances such as Bill Ayers and Bernadine
Dohrn who were revolutionary radicals,
people said it didn't matter.
   When his voting record in the Illinois senate and in the U.S. Senate came into
question,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he refused to wear a flag, lapel pin, and did so only after a public outcry,
people said it didn't matter.
   When people started treating him as a Messiah and children in schools were
taught to sing his praises,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he stood with his hands over his groin area for the playing of the
National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance,

   When he surrounded himself in the White house with advisors who were
pro-gun control, pro- abortion, pro-homosexual marriage and wanting to curtail
freedom of speech to silence the opposition,

   When he aired his views on abortion, homosexuality and a host of other
issues,

   When he said he favors sex education in Kindergarten, including
homosexual indoctrination,

   When his personal background was either scrubbed or hidden and
nothing could be found about him,

   When the place of his birth was called into question, and he refused
to produce a birth certificate,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he had an association in Chicago with Tony Rezco--a man of
questionable character and who is now in prison and had helped Obama
to a sweet deal on the purchase of his home,
people said it didn't matter.
   When it became known that George Soros, a multi-billionaire Marxist,
spent a ton of money to get him elected,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he started appointing White House Czars that were radicals,
revolutionaries, and even avowed Marxist/Communist,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he stood before the Nation and told us that his intentions were to
"fundamentally transform this Nation" into something else,
people said it didn't matter.
   When it became known that he had trained ACORN workers in Chicago and
served as an attorney for ACORN,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he appointed cabinet members and several advisors who were tax
cheats and socialists,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he appointed a Science Czar, John Holdren, who believes in forced
abortions, mass sterilizations and seizing babies from teen mothers,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he appointed Cass Sunstein as Regulatory Czar who believes in
"Explicit Consent," harvesting human organs without family consent, and
allowing animals to be represented in court, while banning all hunting,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he appointed Kevin Jennings, a homosexual, and organizer of a group
called gay, lesbian, straight, education network as Safe School Czar and it
became known that he had a history of bad advice to teenagers,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he appointed Mark Lloyd, as Diversity Czar, who believes in curtailing
free speech; taking from one and giving to another to spread the wealth;
who supports Hugo Chavez,
people said it didn't matter.
   When Valerie Jarrett was selected as Obama's Senior White House Advisor
and she is an avowed Socialist,
people said it didn't matter.
   When Anita Dunn, White House Communications Director said Mao Tse Tung
was her favorite philosopher-- and the person she turned to most for inspiration,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he appointed Carol Browner as Global Warming Czar, and her being a
well known socialist working on Cap and trade as the nations largest tax,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he appointed Van Jones, an ex-con and avowed Communist as
Green Energy Czar, who since had to resign when this was made known,
people said it didn't matter.
   When Tom Daschle, Obama's pick for health and human services secretary
could not be confirmed, because he was a tax cheat,
people said it didn't matter..
   When as President of the United States , he bowed to the King of Saudi
Arabia,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he traveled around the world criticizing America and never once
talking of her greatness,
people said it didn't matter.
   When his actions concerning the Middle-East seemed to support the
Palestinians over Israel , our long time ally,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he took American tax dollars to resettle thousands of Palestinians
from Gaza to the United States,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he upset the Europeans by removing plans for a missile defense
system against the Russians,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he played politics in Afghanistan by not sending troops early-on
when the Field Commanders said they were necessary to win,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he started spending us into a debt that was so big we could not pay
it off,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he took a huge spending bill under the guise of stimulus and used it to
pay off organizations, unions, and individuals that got him elected,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he took over insurance companies, car companies, banks, etc.,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he took away student loans from the banks and put it through the
government,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he designed plans to take over the health care system and put it under
government control,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he claimed he was a Christian during the election and tapes were later
made public that showed Obama speaking to a Muslim group and 'stating' that he
was raised a Muslim; was educated as a Muslim; and that he is still a Muslim,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he set into motion a plan to take over the control of all energy in the United
States through Cap and Trade,
people said it didn't matter.
   When he finally completed his transformation of America into a Socialist State ,
people finally woke up--- but it was too late. Add these up one by one and you get
a phenomenal score that points to the fact that Barrack Hussein Obama is determined
to turn America into a Marxist-Socialist society.
