To drop the bridge you must take out the supports. Hitting it from above will not do the job. If I wanted it down I'd try GPS guided underwater drones of some type. Sending just one or two would not due as I am sure they are defended against this.
You would need maybe 20 or more sent at the same time to attack various supports and than another 20 at the lower support columns. Russia would have a problem stopping all of these and I'd have them sent in waves. The defense measures could stop the first wave and maybe not the second.
To better your chances, also attack with drones which would cause confusion by the defenders and mistakes happen.
