OUR PRESENT SITUATION !

Children of Congress members do not have to pay back their college student loans.

Staffers of Congress family members are also exempt from having to pay back student loans.

Members of Congress can retire at full pay after only one term.

Members of Congress have exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed, under which ordinary citizens must live.
For example, they are exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment.

And as the latest example, they have exempted themselves from Healthcare Reform, in all of its aspects.

We must not tolerate an elite class of such people, elected as public servants and then putting themselves above the law.

I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent, or whatever. The self-serving must stop.

Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon their states.It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

If each person that receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days most people in The United States of America will have the message.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:

"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the Citizens of the United States ..."

This is an idea that should be passed around, regardless of political party. 

Congressional Reform Act of 2017 

1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office. And, no more perks go with them. 

2. Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose. 

3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as ALL Americans do. 

4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%. 

5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people. 

6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people (i.e. NO MORE INSIDER TRADING!!!).

7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts by and for themselves. 

Serving in Congress is an honor and privledge NOT a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their term(s), then go home and go back to work … not get all kinds of freebies. 

Just hold your finger down, copy and paste in all your friends emails and send it to everyone you know. Let’s help get the country straightened out.

ANTIFA = AMERICAN TERRORISTS

It is time for American to stand up to this terror group and if they wish to have violence bring it on. Arm yourself and be ready to defend yourself but NEVER start any violence against anyone, but be ready to stand your ground. Free speech must be defended and if it comes to violence, so be it. 

Antifa is a group of cowards as they have to cover their faces such as the terrorists in the Middle East do and will not show WHO they are. Watching the conservative reporter being beaten by numerous terrorist is a picture of things to come unless we the people put a stop to this.

As the police in this country will not put a stop to this action, it is time the Americans who believe in free speech and non-violence, to  do so. We need to protect people who have a different opinion and are stopped from speaking by Antifa by violence. 

Be ready Antifa as "We the People" are tired of your violence against us and will take up arms if needed to protect those who have a non-violent different opinion that wish to speak. Your violence will not accomplish anything except violence against you and others like you. 

I remember a famous Japanese Admiral after Pearl Harbor saying something like "I'm Afraid We Have Woken the Sleeping Bear". 

You ANTIFA have woken that same bear and we are sick of your violence.

Lets See how Fast Google Removes

An undercover video which cites a Google employee saying that the tech giant is intent on controlling “what is and isn’t important,” and captures a Google executive saying it “is bent on never letting somebody like Donald Trump come to power again,” was removed by YouTube.

The Project Veritas video, which can still be seen on its website, was pulled by YouTube after alleged “privacy complaints.”

“We have strong privacy guidelines in place, including the ability to file a complaint if someone feels their privacy has been violated,” a YouTube spokesperson said in a statement. “When complaints are received, we may also provide the uploader a chance to remove or edit private information in their video.”

YouTube’s removal of the video only goes to affirm the video’s point, columnist Jeff Lord wrote for The American Spectator.

“As if eager to prove exactly the point of the blockbuster Project Veritas video that shows Google determined to manipulate the 2020 election, the Google-owned YouTube has now banned the Project Veritas video that shows two Google employees discussing just why and how the manipulation will be done,” Lord wrote.

Brad Parscale, campaign manager for President Donald Trump, wrote for USA Today on June 25 that “If something vaguely conservative and intellectually stimulating manages to get past Google’s content gatekeepers, they just remove it. YouTube routinely demonetizes, restricts and censors conservative content. One target of YouTube was Dennis Prager’s PragerU, which had 40 of its videos restricted. Prager sued the social media video giant this year following these unfounded restrictions. YouTube has also been known for banning pro-life videos.”

Parscale said of tech giants such as Google and Facebook: “Without any sort of democratic mandate, these companies have appointed themselves the arbiters of acceptable thought, discussion and searches online. These companies’ pervasive command of the internet — and blatant desire to control how we interact with it — is a direct threat to a free society. And arguably the worst offender is Google.”

Rep. Louie Gohmert, Texas Republican, issued a statement saying “Google should not be deciding whether content is important or trivial and they most assuredly should not be meddling in our election process. They need their immunity stripped…”

Meanwhile, “Google and the social media titans have virtually confiscated the national advertising market and furthermore attempt to regulate readership traffic flow to independent publishers,” said Robert Morton, president of FreePressFoundation.org.”

In the video, Google exectuve Jen Gennai urged lawmakers not to break up Google, saying it would “make it worse” because smaller companies “will be charged with preventing the next Trump situation,” but she said later that she was referring to foreign interference in the 2016 election.

Gennai repsponded to the video, saying, “I was having a casual chat with someone at a restaurant and used some imprecise language. Project Veritas got me. Well done.”

Writing for The American Spectator, columnist Dan Flynn noted that Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe “demonstrates the bias of Google’s algorithm by typing in ‘men can’ on the company’s search engine. Google spits back ‘men can have babies,’ ‘men can have periods,’ and ‘men can get pregnant.’ These search results do not reflect the popularity of those phrases in searches. Instead, it demonstrates Google trying to nudge users to search for phrases that people do not generally search on their own.”

When O’Keefe searches “Hillary Clinton’s emails are,” Google does not autocomplete. When O’Keefe does the same for “Donald Trump’s emails,” Google autocompletes for a number of possibilities. “Since many, many people search for Hillary Clinton’s emails, and very few searches for Donald Trump’s emails, the search results should show the opposite. But someone overrode an algorithm to rig searches,” Flynn noted.

“What’s scary is that Google is deciding what is important and what is not important,” the anonymous Google insider says in the Project Veritas video. “They are going through and effectively deleting conversations form the national narrative. It reminds me of a book called Nineteen Eighty-Four. That should have been a warning. Nineteen Eight-Four should not be a user manual on how to run society.”

Google, Flynn noted, “does not want you to see” the video, “which should make you want to watch it more. I watched the whole thing. This says something given that my nature makes it nearly impossible to sit and watch something that lasts nearly an hour. Do watch.”

Jumping Joe and the Deals

While what is being called his inappropriate behavior toward women and young girls is dominating the headlines, Joe Biden also faces major corruption issues involving China, Ukraine and his son Hunter, analysts say.

Peter Schweizer, Government Accountability Institute president and author of bestselling book “Clinton Cash”, details in his new book, “Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends”, the China scandal involving Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.

Biden, who has yet to announce his candidacy for 2020, is also facing new scrutiny over his past comments and actions in Ukraine, including his boast that he had pressured the country to fire its top prosecutor, who was leading a corruption investigation of a natural gas company that employed Hunter Biden.

In an appearance on Fox News’ Hannity, Schweizer told host Sean Hannity: “This is the new corruption, Sean, and it’s not the corruption of $90,000 in your freezer. This is major amounts of money (billions). It involves foreign governments who want to influence our leaders, and the way they get around disclosures. The way they get around the law is they don’t give the money to the politician, they don’t even give it to their spouse – they give it to their kids or they give it to a sibling. And that’s a way that it avoids detection. The amounts of money are massive.”

Schweizer then got into some specifics related to Biden and his son Hunter: “For example, there are three major deals involving the Chinese government and family members, close aides of the Secretary of State John Kerry and the Vice President Joe Biden. … Basically, what happens is in 2013, Joe Biden flies to China to talk to them about very sensitive issues, the South China Sea, talking about trade issues, economic issues. Hunter Biden, his son, is with him on Air Force Two. Okay, that’s fine, that’s great. Here’s the problem: Ten days after they come back, after Joe Biden takes a pretty soft position towards the Chinese, Hunter Biden inks … what becomes a $1.5 billion [private equity] deal.”

That was “the first of three deals,” Schweizer explained. Along with the two other deals, they’re talking about “multiple billion-dollar” deals, none of which had to be disclosed, he said.

“Stuffing tens of thousands of dollars into a freezer has morphed into multibillion-dollar equity deals done in the dark corners of the world,” the summary of Schweizer’s book reads. “An American bank opening in China would be prohibited by U.S. law from hiring a slew of family members of top Chinese politicians. However, a Chinese bank opening in America can hire anyone it wants. It can even invite the friends and families of American politicians to invest in can’t-lose deals. President Donald Trump’s children have made front pages across the world for their dicey transactions. However, the media has barely looked into questionable deals made by those close to Barack Obama, Joe Biden, John Kerry, Mitch McConnell, and lesser-known politicians who have been in the game longer.”

Appearing on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” on March 20, Schweizer told host Laura Ingraham it is “crystal clear” that China was “buying off” Joe Biden, a potential 2020 presidential candidate, through his son.

“In December of 2013, Hunter Biden flies on Air Force 2 to Beijing, China, with his father. His father meets with Chinese officials, he’s very soft on Beijing. The most important thing that happens happens 10 days after they return. And that’s when Hunter Biden’s small, private equity firm called Rosemont Seneca Partners gets a $1 billion private equity deal with the Chinese government, not with the Chinese corporation, with the government. And what people need to realize is Hunter Biden has no background in China, he has no background in private equity, the deal he got in the Shanghai free-trade zone, nobody else had. Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Blackstone, nobody had this deal.”

He continued, “[I]t’s very, very clear and that’s the first of a series of deals that Hunter Biden strikes with the Chinese government, so there’s no question, when you chart what Joe Biden is doing with China, the meetings he’s having, and the deals that his sign is procuring at the same time, that they are buying off Biden through his son. I think it’s crystal clear.”

Schweizer added that “this is the tip of the iceberg” of what was “going on while Joe Biden is vice president steering foreign policy.”

Biden’s role in the firing of Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin in 2016 could prove to be a major issue for the former vice president.

Last year, during a Council on Foreign Relations event, Biden told the audience that he pressed President Petro Poroshenko to fire Shokin, including threatening to withdraw a $1 billion U.S. loan from Ukraine, which had been economically decimated due to its war with Russian forces since 2014.

“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’ ” Biden said he told Poroshenko.

“Well, son of a b—-, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,” Biden added.

Shokin had been working on a corruption probe that implicated the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, a company that employed Hunter Biden, as a board member, The Hill reported.

Shokin told The Hill that he had made “specific plans” for the probe, including “interrogations and other crime-investigation procedures into all members of the executive board, including Hunter Biden.”

The investigation ended shortly after Shokin was fired, and no charges were filed against any individuals of the company.

But according to the Hill, General Prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko reopened the case in 2018 following Biden’s remarks at the event, with the prosecutor saying that the evidence in the case may be of interest to U.S. authorities.

“Unfortunately, Mr. Biden had correlated and connected this aid with some of the HR (personnel) issues and changes in the prosecutor’s office,” Lutsenko told the Hill.

Still, the #MeToo moment for Biden is getting the most attention, and it may also be what derails his shot at the presidency, Washington Times columnist Cheryl K. Chumley noted:

“With Biden, there are too many photos. And videos. And of little girls, not just women,” Chumley wrote.

“As White House counselor Kellyanne Conway put it in a recent interview on Fox News: ‘If anybody just types in ‘Creepy Uncle Joe’ videos [on the Internet], you come up with a treasure trove.’ ”

“Creepy Uncle Joe” is not a nickname “he could shed in time to run for the White House,” Chumley wrote. “That’s not a reputation he could clean or clear in time to become a viable Democratic candidate for the high White House office. If Biden truly wants to help the Democrats, he ought to just stay home. Of course, there are scores of Republicans out there who may disagree.”
