Ponder these Numbers please...

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.

 Trump won 3,084 of them.

 Clinton won 57.

 There are 62 counties in New York State.

 Trump won 46 of them.

 Clinton won 16.

 Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.

 In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump.

 (Clinton only won 4 of these counties, Trump won Richmond)

 Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.

 These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles.

 The United States is comprised of 3, 797,000 square miles.

 When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million  square miles of  territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those that  encompass a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.

 Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc.) don't and shouldn't speak for the rest of our country.

What better time to remember D-Day than on Pearl Harbor Day. Bless them all !

A large percentage of our country doesn't know of or care about Normandy.  A few weekends ago, British artist Jamie, accompanied by numerous volunteers, took to the beaches of Normandy with rakes and stencils in hand to etch 9,000 silhouettes representing fallen people into the sand.  

Titled “The Fallen 9000”, the piece is meant as a stark visual reminder of those who died during the D-Day beach landings at Arromanches on June 6th, 1944 during WWII.  The original team consisted of 60 volunteers, but as word spread nearly 500 additional local residents arrived to help with the temporary installation that lasted only a few hours before being washed away by the tide 9,000 Fallen Soldiers Etched into the Sand on Normandy Beach to Commemorate Peace Day. 

What is surprising is that nothing about this was seen here in the US.

Someone from overseas had a friend that sent it with a note of gratitude for what the US started there. Please share with others who understand "freedom is not free-- nor has it ever been"

Do you know that we have adult students at the school where I teach who are NOT U.S. citizens and  who get the PELL Grant, which is a federal grant (no payback required) plus other federal grants to go to school?  

One student from  the Dominican Republic told me that she didn't want me to find a job for her after she finished my  program, because she was getting housing from our housing department and she was getting a PELL Grant which paid for her total tuition and books, plus money left over.   

She was looking  into WAIT which gives students a CREDIT CARD for gas to come to school, and  into CARIBE which is a special program (check it out - I did) for immigrants  and it pays for child care and all sorts of needs while they go  to school or training. The one student I just mentioned told me  she was not  going to be a U.S. Citizen because she plans to return to  the Dominican Republic someday and that she 'loves HER country.'    

I asked her if she felt guilty taking what the U.S. is giving her and then  not even bothering  to become a citizen and she told me that it doesn't  bother her, because  that is what the money is there for! 

 I asked the CARIBE  administration about their program and if you ARE a U.S. citizen, you don't  qualify for their  program.  And all the while, I am  working a full day,  my son-in-law  works more than 60 hours a week, and  everyone

in my  family works and  pays for our education.  

 Something is wrong  here. I am sorry,  but after hearing that they want to  sing the National  Anthem in Spanish - enough is enough. That's a real slap  in the face. It was  written by Francis Scott Key and should be sung word for word the  way  it was written. The news broadcasts even gave the  translation -- not  even close.   

 I don't care  whether this offends someone or not but this is MY COUNTRY.  IF IT IS  YOUR COUNTRY SPEAK UP -- please pass this along.  I am not against  immigration -- I just expect immigrants to come through like everyone else. Get a sponsor; have a place to lay your head; have a job; pay your taxes, live by the rules AND LEARN THE LANGUAGE as all other immigrants have in the past  -- and GOD BLESS AMERICA!

    the courage to do this today.

    What did Presidents Hoover,  Truman,

    and Eisenhower have in common?

    (This is something that should be

    of great interest for you to pass  around.

    I didn't know of this until it  was pointed out to me.)

    Back during the great depression,

    Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens

    in order to  make jobs available to American

    citizens that desperately needed  work.

    Harry Truman deported over two  million illegal aliens

    after WWII to create jobs for returning  veterans.

    In 1954 Dwight Eisenhower deported

    13 million  illegal Mexicans.

    The program was called Operation Wetback.

    It was done so WWII and Korean War veterans

    would have a better chance  at jobs.

    It took two years, but they deported them!

    Now, if they could deport the illegal aliens back then,

    they could surely do it today.

    search engine and confirm it for yourself.

    Why, you might ask, can't they do  this  today?

    Actually the answer is quite simple.

    Hoover , Truman, and  Eisenhower were men of honor,

    not untrustworthy politicians looking for  votes!

Deport the Illegals with the Criminals FIRST

Eisenhower departed ALL them and no reason we can not start with the rapists, murders, burglars, just as Trump stated.  Anyone who came into our country illegally broke our laws and should be removed. Once the criminals are gone, we the American people can decide what to do the the millions of others who broke our law. I for one have no desire to support them at the same time some of them kill people, rape others or drive drunk killing others. Yes native American do some of the same and remember one thing, this is THEIR country and they pay the price. Illegals don't, they get released to do it again and again.

Go into Mexico illegally and  see what happens. You go to prison and don't get food stamps, housing, medical except in prison. Our bleeding heart liberals need to get a grip and try to remember THEY are supposed to put AMERICANS first but it appears they don't give a damn about them.

I for one hope Trump will be hard on Boarder Security and deport the illegals who are criminals. If they come back let Sheriff Joe deal with them. Find an island and put their butts there. Has anyone seen "Escape from New York"? Maybe that is not a really bad idea.

Here is an idea that work for building a prison to house them in. Cargo containers would work for housing them. You can stack then five of six high, weld together and build steps to access. Use chemical toilets, run water lines and maybe some air so they don't cook inside. All we would need then a some type of boundary to keep them in. Build a canal around the area just like castles of old with fences and guards.  a few alligators would do wonders in the canal and keep them hungry. This way fewer guards, lower overhead.

Don't forget that a comedian got in the Senate due to prisoners were allowed to vote in WIS. and then Harry the Hat Reid allowed him to be seated. Without the prisoners he would have lost. This is hardly ever talked about but it sows people vote that should not be allowed.

This nonsense that it is hard for folks to get an ID card is not true. Somehow they are able to get their EBT cards so they can get out and get the ID. Local communities can set up easy locations throughout the cities so ALL people who do not have a drivers license can get their ID. Our elections need to be for "CITIZENS ONLY" and the ID will help slow down illegal voting.
