Enemy of the Russian People and Biggest Liar to Its People - PUTIN

Russia has named the U.S. as one of the threats to its national security in a new assessment signed by President Vladimir Putin on Thursday, according to a published report.

Reuters reported the document, “About the Strategy of National Security of Russian Federation,” replaces the 2009 version endorsed by former President Dmitry Medvedev, which didn’t mention the U.S. or NATO. Russia continues to increase its role in solving global conflicts, which has caused some reaction from the West, according to the document.

It is the first time Russia has officially named the U.S. a national security threat, according to Reuters.

Russia claims its heightened global reach has caused “counteraction from the USA and its allies, which are striving to retain their dominance in global affairs.” The document claims that Western pressures will likely lead to increased “political, economical, military and informational pressure” on Russia.

Relations between Moscow and the West became to deteriorate stemming from Russia’s annexation of Crimea from Ukraine in 2014. Western nations have repeatedly accused Russia of funding insurgents in Ukraine despite Moscow’s denials.

Russia’s security document accuses the U.S. and EU of supporting an “anti-constitutional coup d’etat in Ukraine,” which has deepened the rift between Moscow and the West.

The U.S. and European Union have imposed sanctions against Russian companies and businessmen. Russia, in turn, clamped down on food imported from EU countries.

The expansion of NATO also concerns Russia. The document also said the U.S. has expanded its military biological labs in neighboring countries.

According to Reuters, the document fails to mention anything on Russia’s ongoing airstrikes in Syria, which has aided the Bashar al-Assad regime in the embattled nation. Assad, a Russian ally, has received military support from Russia in its civil war against U.S.-backed rebels and the Islamic State.

How the Obama Administration Changed Our Missile Defense Strategy

Recently the Russian strategic missile forces’ commander Col. Gen. Sergei Karakayev said Russia’s new missiles will have the capability to neutralize any future U.S. missile defense system.

For now, Karakayev is right – not because the missiles are invincible – but because the Obama administration is deliberately limiting the United States’ ballistic missile defense program.

This must change.

Background on U.S. Missile Defense Strategy

After the U.S. withdrew from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Defense Treaty in 2002, the United States focused on developing a layered ballistic missile defense system. The Bush administration concentrated on quick deployment of the ground-based midcourse defense (GMD) system for the protection of U.S. homeland. This system is made up of ground based missiles and radars, which can incept incoming missiles. To augment the protection within the United States, the Bush administration planned on deploying a radar to the Czech Republic with two-stage ground-based midcourse defense interceptors in Poland.

In order to address intermediate, and shot-range ballistic missile threats, the Bush administration developed and deployed Aegis ship-based missile defense system, the Theatre High Altitude Area Defense System, and the Patriot system.

Change of Plans Under Obama

The U.S. missile defense plans changed, however, under the Obama administration. Our current administration decided to pursue a European Phased Adaptive Approach, a modified missile defense plan emphasizing medium-range ballistic missile threat, instead of putting a radar and two-stage ground-based interceptors in Europe.

The Obama administration was to augment protection of the U.S. homeland in the 2020 timeframe. But the Obama administration decided to cancel that aspect of the plan and focus on short- and medium-range missile defense protection for the European allies (Russia happened to object to this part of the plan most).

The United States therefore is deliberately pursuing a missile defense program to be able to intercept only a handful of incoming ballistic missiles of first, not as technologically advanced, generations.

Given the spread of ballistic missiles – their increasing sophistication, range, and lethality – it is time to put U.S. missile defense policy on a sound track.

Additionally, Russia’s aggressive behavior and a desire to use its nuclearand ballistic missile leverage to blackmail the U.S. and its allies, the United States should plan in a comprehensive-layered ballistic missile defense system capable of shooting down all ballistic missiles.

To do so, the United States will have to pursue a space-based ballistic missile defense layer as well as continue to work on future technologies, for example directed energy.

        It was you who was uncharacteristically quick to join the chorus of the Muslim Brotherhood to depose Egypt's Hosni Mubarak, formerly America's strongest ally in North Africa; but, remain muted in your non-response to the Brotherhood led slaughter of Egyptian Christians.

What is very sad to think all this war (Putin) monger can do is spend YOUR money to build new bombs for nothing. He is trying to divert your attention from the shotfalls of the Russian economy. He spends money for new weapons that will never be used as any man or women with a brain knows there would be no winner in a nuclear attack. Any attack against America would be answered with a nuclear response and who wins? This plant would be destroyed and for what? Some little dictator wanting to look strong to his population. Why doesn't he spend those dollars to make things better at home? Don't buy into this crap he pushes, as no one wants to invade Russia, as the rest of the world is to busy trying to make things better in their own countries.

Russia is developing a drone submarine that can deliver a nuclear warhead or dirty bomb (that targets electronics) at U.S. coastal areas. Russian officials confirmed the existence of the program—dubbed Kanyon by the Pentagon—after images of a document detailing plans for the sub were broadcast on Russian state-run television.

According to the document, Kanyon is intended to be capable of “damaging the important components of the adversary’s economy in a coastal area and inflicting unacceptable damage to a country’s territory by creating areas of wide radioactive contamination that would be unsuitable for military, economic, or other activity for long periods of time.”

In short, Russia is developing a new, technologically advanced delivery vehicle designed to wreak maximum devastation on American shores.

As Russia expert and former CIA analyst Jack Caravelli explains,

The Kanyon represents another example of Russia’s aggressive and innovative approach to the development of military capabilities against U.S. and Western interests. The possible yield of the warhead, in the megaton class, clearly is an attempt to inflict catastrophic damage against U.S. or European naval facilities or coastal cities.

Merry Christmas to All Countries Except Americans

This makes a lot of sense to me. How about you? DEMOCRATS and Republicans ('different' ONLY in name) Someone please tell me what the HELL's wrong with all the people that run this country? Both Democrats and Republicans Say, "We're broke" And can't help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless, Etc., But, over the last several years THEY have provided direct cash aid to.... Hamas - $351 M, Libya $1.45 B, Egypt - $397 M, Mexico - $622 M, Russia - $380 M, Haiti - $1.4 B, Jordan - $463 M, Kenya - $816 M, Sudan - $870 M, Nigeria - $456 M, Uganda - $451 M, Congo - $359 M, Ethiopia - $981 M, Pakistan - $2 B, South Africa - $566 M, Senegal - $698 M, Mozambique - $404 M, Zambia - $331 M, Kazakhstan - $304 M, Iraq - $1.08 B, Tanzania - $554 M, with literally Billions of Dollars and they still hate us! But on the other hand, Our retired seniors, Living on a 'fixed income,' Receive NO aid! Nor do they get any breaks, while our government and religious organizations will pour Hundreds of billions Of $$$$$$'s and tons of food to foreign countries! Someone needs to explain to them that Charity begins AT HOME! And another atrocity, we have hundreds of adoptable American children who are shoved aside to make room for the adoption of foreign orphans. AMERICA:  A country where we have Countless homeless without shelter, Children going to bed hungry, Elderly going without needed medication, Mentally ill without treatment -- etc. YET They will have a 'Benefit' Show for the people of Haiti, on 12 TV stations; ships and planes lining up with food, water, tents, clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies. Now just imagine if Our own *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to foreign countries. Sad, isn't it? 99% of people won't have the 'chutzpah' to forward this. WELL, I'm one of the 1% who just did.
