Special forces Ukraine can blow up the long bridge to Crimea and I am sure they have thought of it. As a former scuba diver, it is possible to plan and execute the plan. Yes some men will not make it back but you must decide if the cost is worth doing it.
Some nice C4 being placed underwater are points selected by engineers would drop sections in the water and I'd do so in a number of locations. Drop point for special forces may be 5 to 10 miles from bridge and they'd have to win it unless they have under water transportation. I am sure the US could help.
