Can someone explain why all the talk about this drug and the overdose problem. It should not center around the companies that make it. Yes, they sell and try to get doctors to have patients use. It is not the responsibility company to monitor who gets. They don't prescribe to the patients only the doctors do. Think about it, people want to blame the company that makes and sells it for what the doctors are doing. ARREST A FEW DOCTORS
Back in the 70's there were doctors who wrote scripts for speed and yet no one went after the companies who made it. The doctors were targeted and arrested. Why isn't that being done now? It is the doctors who need to be arrested, pictures plastered across the papers and internet. Put their collective butts on TV being walked to jail in cuffs and maybe that would slow the problem. If you really want these drugs to stop killing people, stop the doctors from writing so many damn scripts.
Putting a few doctors on TV being arrested and that will do more then going after companies that make and sell the drugs to pharmacies. You can't get these from CVS, Walgreens or any drug store without some doctor writing a prescription for you.

If we stop doctors from writing scripts, the problem will cease. As long as the doctors get a free pass, they will continue to write and people die. Don't let the government put the blame on companies, put it on the doctors who continue to write them.
