McCarran-Walter Act Of 1952? Trump Should Enforce!!!!!!!!!!!!

Constitutional?  

Wouldn't it be interesting if, at some point during his Presidential campaign Donald Trump asked, Oh, by the way has anyone in Washington DC ever heard of the McCarran-Walter Act Of 1952?

I did not know of this Act until recently, but it has been a law for almost 65 years.

Here are the historic facts that would seem to indicate that many, if not most, of the people we elect to work for us in Washington DC do NOT have the slightest idea of what laws already exist in OUR country.

After several terrorist incidents were carried out in the United States, Donald Trump was severely, criticized for suggesting that the U.S. should limit or temporarily suspend the immigration of certain ethnic groups, nationalities, and even people of certain religions (Muslims). The criticisms condemned such a suggestion as, among other things, being Un-American, dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous and racist. Congressmen and Senators swore that they would never allow such legislation, and our illustrious President called such a prohibition on immigration unconstitutional.

As Gomer Pyle would say, “Well, Surprise, Surprise!” It seems that the selective immigration ban is already law and has been applied on several occasions.

Known as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 allows for the "Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the President, whenever the President finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States. The President may, by proclamation, and for such a period as he shall deem necessary, may suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants or impose any restrictions on the entry of aliens he may deem to be appropriate."

And who do you suppose last utilized this process? Why it was Democrat President Jimmy Carter, no less than 37 years ago, in 1979, to keep Iranians out of the United States.

But he actually did more. He made ALL Iranian students, already in the United States, check in with the government. And then he deported a bunch of them. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, and a total of 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the USA in 1979.

So, what say you about all of the criticism that Donald Trump received from the Democrat Senators, Representatives and the Obama Administration?

Additionally, it is important to note that the McCarran-Walter Act also requires that an“applicant for immigration must be of good moral character and in agreement with the principles of our Constitution.”

Therefore, one could surmise that since the Quran forbids Muslins to swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, technically, ALL Muslins should be refused immigration to OUR country.

America is Not a MUSLIM COUNTRY AS OBAMA (BARRY) SAID

Obama

was seen storming away from the West Wing after staffers from Donald

Trump’s transition team began preparing the Executive offices for

the new administration. On Trump’s orders, one of Obama’s most

secretive rituals is being reversed and all signs of it removed

from1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. For the past 7 years, to appease any

Muslims working at or visiting the White House, silence has been

ordered during the five times of Islamic prayer each day. In

addition, prayer rugs and crescent moon symbols are available in

several areas of the executive mansion to make Muslims more

comfortable.

The

administration has defended the practice by asserting that it also

observes several other religious moments of silence and prayer out

of respect, including a full 15 seconds for Christianity on Sunday

morning while a chaplain blesses a staff breakfast. None of the

prayer is mandatory or led by a government official, which has

allowed the administration to subvert 1st Amendment issues, but the

obvious favoritism towards Islam, which is observed for 25 minutes

per day seven days a week, tells a story this president has denied

for eight years.  President-Elect Trump, who acknowledges that

this country was founded by Christians and was built on Christian

morals, is having  all pagan symbols removed from the property

unless they offer some historical significance. Only the cross in

the White House chapel will remain for worship. Jim Mergernerlerny,

head of the team that will transform the White House from the

Obama’s home to the Trump’s second home, told MSNBC: “Mr. Trump

doesn’t see the need to provide prayer rugs and false idols in a

house built by Christians. Washington DC offers a diverse cultural

center for worship of any kind. You won’t find any special

considerations for Judaism or crucifixes to appease Catholics,

either. There is a simple chapel with a  single cross on one

wall that is suitable for prayer by anyone. Our government doesn’t

need to be forcing prayer rituals down people’s throats just so we

don’t ‘offend’ people looking  to blow us up.”

Patriots around the US can rest assured that the era of apologizing

for our faith has come to an end.

The Staff: Any doubts about his choice of religion, the above may help others understand why he claimed America was a Muslim County, because he was a 'Closet" Muslim. He knew he would never be accepted if he told the truth so he lied like so many other times. He is just a Serial Liar.

 Well, he's ending 8 years of living in the White House 

This came from a union guy in Chicago who didn't vote for Obama.  Very interesting perspective that I never thought of in this light!

It will be interesting to see what they put in his "Library"   about his early years when he is out of office. 

 In a country where we take notice of many, many facets of our public figures' lives, doesn't it seem odd that there's so little we know about our current man in the WH, Barack Obama? 

For example, we know that Andrew Jackson's wife smoked a corn cob pipe and was accused of adultery; Abe Lincoln never went to school; Jack Kennedy wore a back brace; Harry Truman played the piano. 

As Americans, we enjoy knowing details about every one of our newsmakers, but none of us know one single humanizing fact about the history of our own president. 

 We are all aware of the lack of uncontestable birth records for Obama; that document managing has been spectacularly successful. 

There are however, several additional oddities in Obama's history that appear to be as well managed as the birthing issue. 

 One other interesting thing...   There are no birth certificates of his daughters that can be found?           

It's interesting that no one who ever dated him has shown up.  The charisma that caused women to be drawn to him so strongly during his campaign, certainly would in the normal course of events, lead some lady to come forward, if only to garner some attention for herself.  We all know about JFK's magnetism, that McCain was no monk and quite a few details about  Palin's courtship and even her athletic prowess, Joe Biden's aneurisms are no secret;  look at Cheney and Clinton, we all  know about their heart  problems. Certainly Wild Bill Clinton's exploits before and during his White House years, were well known.  That's why it's so odd that not one lady has stepped up and said, "He was soooo shy..." or "What a great dancer..." 

 It's virtually impossible to know anything about this fellow.   Who was the best man at his wedding?   Start there. Then check groomsmen. 

Then get the footage of the graduation ceremony.   Has anyone talked to the professors?  It is odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or lived with him. 

 When did he meet Michele, and how?    Are there photos there? Every president gives to the public all their photos, etc. for their library, etc.    What has he released?    And who voted for him to be the most popular man in 2010?         Doesn't this make you wonder? 

Ever wonder why no one ever came forward from Obama's past saying they knew him, attended school with him, was his friend, etc?? Not one person has ever come forward from his past. 

It certainly is very, very strange... 

This should be a cause for great concern.   To those who voted for him, you may have elected an unqualified, inexperienced shadow man.   Have you seen a movie named "The Manchurian Candidate" 

As insignificant as each of us might be, someone with whom we went to school will remember our name or face; someone will remember we were the clown or the dork or the brain or the quiet one or the bully or something about  us. 

George Stephanopoulos of ABC News said the same thing during the 2008 campaign.    He questions why no one has acknowledged the president was in their classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu speeches on campus.  Stephanopoulos also was a classmate of Obama at Columbia -- the class of 1984.  He says he never had a single class with  him.           

He is such a great orator; why doesn't anyone in Obama's college class remember him? Why won't he allow Columbia to release his records? 

Nobody remembers Obama at Columbia University... 

Looking for evidence of Obama's past,    Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there... but none remembered him.          

Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983.    In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me. I don't have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia, ever." 

Nobody recalls him. Root adds that he was also, like Obama, Class of '83 Political Science, and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him.    At class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class?   Me.  No one ever heard of Barack!    

And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the  class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, 'the macha' who knows everybody, has yet  to find a person, a human who ever met  him." 

Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia, provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia. 

Some other interesting questions: 

 Why was Obama's law license inactivated in 2002?  

The Staff: Could it be he was a PLANT or  something like the "Manchurian Candidate" to screw up this county? He did a good job if that was his goal. Someday something will come out about his past and then all this will cease once and for all.

Barry Needs to Get Off The Drugs

President Barack Obama defended his vision of America on David Axelrod's The Axe Files podcast, claiming he is confident "that if I had run again and articulated [this vision], I think I could've mobilized a majority of the American people to rally behind it."

The interview was the latest in Obama's post-election and pre-exit analysis, and he told his former senior adviser that despite Donald Trump winning, "what I would argue is, is that the culture actually did shift, that the majority does buy into the notion of a one America that is tolerant and diverse and open and full of energy and dynamism." Obama instead blamed the Democrats for ignoring swaths of the voting population: "If you think you're winning, then you have a tendency, just like in sports, maybe to play it safer," he said of Hillary Clinton's.

The Staff: We wanted to put this up to show the arrogance of this 3rd rate leader and proven coward. People have learned his word is worthless, he cares nothing about America as he is always trying to change this once great country. We are not and have never been a "Muslim Country" as he said. We are and having been a mainly Christian country and will continue to be again.

Not sure Trump is the answer but he wants to restore America to what it once was, the shining light on the hill before a bunch of dumb ass Americans voted a community organizer in. 

New Name For Social Security

REMEMBER IT WAS THE DEMOCRATS UNDER

PRESIDENT LYNDON JOHNSON WITH THE TIE BREAKING VOTE OF AL GORE THAT PUT SOCIAL SECURITY TRUST (slush) FUND INTO THE GENERAL FUND.

NOW OBAMA WANTS YOU TO FEEL THAT YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENT IS NOT YOUR MONEY BUT A GOVERNMENT BENEFIT...

The real reason for renaming our Social Security payments is so the government can claim that all those social security recipients are receiving entitlements thus putting them in the same case as welfare, food stamp recipients.

THIS IS WORTH THE FEW MINUTES IT TAKES TO READ AND DIGEST!

By changing the name of SS contributions it gives them a means to refute this program in the future. It’s free money for the government to spend under disguise.

It is really sad to think that most people will just roll over and accept this as if there is nothing that can be done, but maybe there is if we make a little noise about our displeasure with what they have done to today’s retirees. I will pass this on!!!!!

The government is now referring to our Social Security checks as a "Federal Benefit Payment."

This isn't a benefit. It is OUR money paid out of OUR earned income! Not only did we all contribute to Social

Security but OUR employers did too.

It  totaled 15% of our income before taxes. 

If you averaged $30K per year over your working life, that's close to $180,000 invested in Social Security. 

If you calculate the future value of your monthly investment in social security ($375/month, including both you and your employers contributions) at a meager 1% interest rate compounded monthly, after 40 years of working you'd have more than $1.3+ million dollars saved! 

This is your personal investment. Upon retirement,

if you took out only 3% per year, you'd receive $39,318 per year, or $3,277 per month.

That's almost three times more than today's average Social Security benefit of $1,230 per month, according to the Social Security Administration. (Google it – it’s a fact). And your retirement fund would last more than 33 years (until you're 98 if you retire at age 65)! I can only imagine how much better most average-income people could live in retirement if our government had just invested our money in low-risk interest-earning accounts.

Instead, the folks in Washington pulled off a bigger *Ponzi scheme* than Bernie Madoff ever did. 

They took (stole) our money and used it elsewhere. They forgot (oh yes, they knew) that it was OUR money they were taking. They didn't have a referendum to ask us if we wanted to lend the money to them. And they didn't pay interest on the debt they assumed. And recently they've told us that the money won't support us for very much longer. (Isn't it funny that they NEVER say this about welfare payments?) 

But is it our fault they misused our investments? And

now, to add insult to injury, they're calling it a *benefit*, as if we never worked to earn every penny of it.

Just because they borrowed the money, 

doesn't mean that our investments were a charity!

Let's take a stand. We have earned our right to OUR Social Security and Medicare. Demand that our legislators bring some sense into our government.

Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going for the sake of that 92% of our population who need it. Then call it what it is:

Our Earned Retirement Income.

Oh yes, and DON'T forget;

NO SOCIAL SECURITY FOR NON-CITIZENS !!!!!
