Hundreds of Russians, including girls as young as 14 years old, have been arrested while participating in the unsanctioned rallies, banned under Russian law, according to reports. OVD-Info said 724 people were detained across 32 different cities on Saturday, per BBC News.
The protests have taken place in cities including Moscow, St Petersburg, Tomsk, and Omsk, Sky News reported.
Russian President Vladimir Putin escaped to his secret palace near Gelendzhik, close to the Black Sea coast, amid anti-draft protests in Russia, MailOnline was first to report.
According to independent journalist Farida Rusamova, who cited three sources familiar with Putin's schedule, the Russian president traveled to his vacation home on Wednesday.
He has been resting his "body and soul" there, Rusamova said in a Telegram post, enjoying the facilities of the palace, which Putin publicly denies belongs to him.

A team of investigators commissioned by the UN has concluded that Russia committed war crimes in Ukraine.
Among the crimes are torture and rape of children, some as young as four years old, the chair of a UN inquiry said.
It also found evidence of executions, indiscriminate rocket attacks, and forced deportation.
Russian soldiers have committed a long list of nightmarish war crimes in Ukraine, including torturing and raping children, some as young as four years old, a United Nations investigation found.
Erik Møse, who led an independent UN mission tasked with investigating human rights violations and crimes against humanity in Ukraine, presented a series of findings to the organization's Human Rights Council on Friday.
Gathering evidence from dozens of towns across Ukraine, interviewing victims, witnesses and authorities, and inspecting mass graves and sites of torture, Møse concluded that "war crimes have been committed in Ukraine."
Møse said the commission determined that Russian soldiers engaged in sexual and gender-based violence, including various other terrible human rights violations such as torture, sexual violence, and "cruel and inhuman treatment."
"There are examples of cases where relatives were forced to witness the crimes," Møse said. "In the cases we have investigated, the age of victims of sexual and gendered-based violence ranged from four to 82 years."
Putin is a liar as no one was at war with Russia or wanted to go to war with Russia until Putin Invaded Ukraine. At NO time has NATO sent troops or plans into Ukraine to repel the attack. Russian troops have raped women/children and murdered thousands for nothing. Putin is a world class liar and trying to destroy Ukraine to rebuild and take over freedom loving people. If this doesn't end now, Russia will be destroyed not by NATO or the West as he claims, but by Putin himself. Haven't the Russian people learned he doesn't care about anyone or anything except himself? Should he use Nuclear as he always threats to do, the end will come sooner as India and China will cut him loose as they know that is the so-called RED LINE and no country will want anything to do with him or Russia. They will cease buying oil as others will make up the difference and Russia will go belly up because of the mad man.
It is time for the people of Russia and their Army to decide how they wish to live on this planet.
