Appears the country is now in the hands for the radical left and as another person has already said, people may have to take to the streets to save this country.
We have seen violence from BLM and Antifa which are both supported by the liberals/communists. Now is the time to arm yourself and be ready to fight for freedom once again. One lady in Texas I believe said something about giving them one bullet at a time should they try to take her guns. It may come to that someday but let's hope not.
Everyone needs to remember, those who voted for this to happen will also feel the pain and I couldn't be happier as my time is short and I hope those who allowed our country to be destroyed live a VERY long time so they can watch American go Bankrupt and fail completely. We are well on the way.
The is on the net and not the first time I have read about this action from the punks. If they wish to start a war, be ready folks as there are over 3 million hunters in PA alone and they are very well armed.
Supporter,
Last night, while I was in Missouri, Antifa scumbags came to our place in D.C. and threatened my wife and newborn daughter, who can’t travel. They screamed threats, vandalized, and tried to pound open our door. Let me be clear: My family and I will not be intimidated by left-wing violence.
I am fighting for the integrity of our elections. I could sit by and do nothing, but I was elected to take a stand for my constituents and fight for what is right.
The Staff: Thank you senator and I hope "We the People" stand with you.
Members of Antifa trashed Portland, Oregon, again on Friday as part of a New Year’s Day riot that resulted in looted businesses and fires.
CBS-affiliate KOIN reported that a riot was declared in downtown Portland Thursday night as Antifa gathered and threw fireworks and Molotov cocktails. They also broke windows, set fires, and looted businesses in what amounts to at least tens of thousands of dollars of damage.
“At least two Molotov cocktail-style firebombs were thrown,” the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement the following day. “Large, commercial grade aerial fireworks were launched at the Federal Courthouse and the Justice Center. Some individuals tried to use tools to break into the Justice Center but were not successful.”
On Friday, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, who has allowed Antifa to run rampant in his city for years with little pushback, condemned the violent left-wing group for its actions on New Year’s Eve and Day.
“The who: violent antifa and anarchists,” the mayor said in a press conference, according to KOIN.
“Why? This is the hardest question of all to answer,” Wheeler added. “Why would a group of largely white, young and some middle age men destroy the livelihood of others who are struggling to get by?”
“It is hard for me to accept that there are some people who are just bent on destruction,” he added.
Wheeler eventually admitted that his lax approach to the extremist group hasn’t worked and that he would now start to take real action against the rioters.
“My good faith efforts at de-escalation have been met with ongoing violence and even scorn from radical antifa and anarchists,” Wheeler said at the press conference. “In response it will be necessary to use additional tools and to push the limits of the tools we already have to bring the criminal destruction and violence to an end.”
As KOIN reported, Wheeler committed the three things following the riots:
“Federal, state, county and local law enforcement to convene to deal with anarchist violence. as soon as possible,” even next week.
Calling on state legislature to increase penalties for repeat offenders
“I believe people convicted of criminal destruction be required to meet with those whose businesses they damaged,” Wheeler said, “and be required to do public service.”
At the same press conference, Multnomah County Sheriff Mike Reese also condemned the violence.
“It was reprehensible violence that occurred last night, and we’re going to do everything we can to hold the people responsible,” Reese said.
Police Chief Chuck Lovell added that police were attacked during the riot.
“Last night was extremely challenging for our officers. A group of officers came under attack. It was a very violent, very large confrontation and the group met them with Molotov cocktails, rocks, bricks, frozen water bottles,” he said.
Federal and local officers were eventually able to stop the rioters, but not before massive property destruction.

“Kings and Queens dissolve parliaments and legislative bodies, not Governors,” said Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project, in explaining the federal lawsuit filed this past week in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The suit is asking that legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin be allowed to meet and make the decision on whether to certify electors before Congress meets to count the votes on January 6.
“At least that was the case until this year,” Kline added. “Governors in these contested states have declared themselves to be the law due to COVID and are now actively preventing the state legislatures from exercising their constitutional authority to review the election process.”
The argument of the Amistad Project (a project of the nonpartisan Thomas More Society, a legal group that has been very active in the culture war in recent years) is that both federal and local statutes are interfering with the constitutional authority of state legislatures to certify presidential electors, and that the laws are a violation of the doctrine of separation of powers. (Article II of the U.S. Constitution states, “Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors….” (Emphasis added).
Although the Electoral College has met, and based on those results, former Vice President Joe Biden was elected president, the lawsuit contends that the date of December 14 — the date that the electors met across the nation — is an arbitrary date. The date for contested electors can be changed. (There are precedents, such as in 1960, when Hawaii’s electors originally voted for Republican nominee Richard Nixon, but later, when Democratic nominee John Kennedy was found to have won the state by 115 votes, the Republican electors were replaced by the Democratic Party electors).
But in these contested states, governors have prevented legislatures from meeting to investigate allegations of fraud. “No person,” Kline argued, “or small group of persons, should be able to prohibit the state legislature from performing its constitutional responsibilities.”
Erick Kaardal, the lead attorney for the Amistad Project, said, “Unfortunately, current federal and state code has allowed a constitutionally non delegable legislative function and responsibility to become a ministerial process.” In other words, governors have simply assumed legislative powers.
The Amistad Project is asking that the federal court declare unconstitutional any federal or state laws that interfere with the authority of the state legislatures to conduct a post-election certification of the presidential electors. Additionally, the Amistad Project is asking that the Congress and Vice President Mike Pence (who will preside over the electoral vote count on January 6) not count the votes from the contested states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, until the legislatures in each one of those states are able to meet in a joint session to vote to certify their electors.
Kline summed up the lawsuit: “Governors do not have a right to certify election results through fiat. The Constitution gives state legislatures alone the right to certify presidential electors.”
As serious as the issue that the lawsuit is addressing directly, the larger issue of the long-term trend toward executive branch usurpation of legislative branch powers (both at the state and federal levels) is also very serious. Kline offered specific examples of the usurpation he is alleging.
“The governor of Pennsylvania is refusing to allow the legislature there to meet, while in Michigan the attorney general is threatening legislators who disagree with certification with criminal investigation, and Gov. Whitmer uses COVID — and later a non-existent threat — as an excuse to prevent Republicans in [the] Michigan Legislature from entering the Capitol Building while Democrats were allowed in the building to vote on certification.”
Across America, in the midst of the COVID public health issue, we have seen governors asserting power through “executive orders” to usurp the authority of the legislative branch. “Executive orders” are a power of the chief executive (the president, a governor, or mayor) to implement existing law, not a constitutional way to make law. The making of law is the exclusive province of the legislative branch, not the executive branch. Throughout history, executive branch officials have often sought to push the envelope in asserting their legal authority. As in this case, executive officials have argued that there is an “emergency.” Far too often, legislators -— in Congress or at the state level — have simply deferred to the executive branch. Part of the problem is that legislators are often reluctant to oppose an executive who is a member of their own political party. Other legislators are happy to not have to vote on controversial matters. Others are pleased with the policy outcome, even if it was accomplished in an unconstitutional manner.
Regardless of the reason it happens, governors have no constitutional right to interfere with a power that is held by their state’s legislature, and if the state legislature wants to meet and investigate the multiple allegations of vote fraud in the recent election, they should do so without the executive branch throwing up obstacles. Hopefully, the federal court will come down on the side of the Constitution.
I was just informed Pelosi has retained her position as speaker and that means only bad things for this country. She is the worst speaker I can remember and she cares nothing about the American people but only what power she can maintain. She refused to provide people assistance as it was more important to harm President Trump and his re-election. She withheld aid to better help Biden and didn't care how much harm she was doing to "We the People". It only showed what she cares about and what she doesn't, AMERICA.
She just said she supports the constitution and that is another lie. She wants to stop the usage of these words, FATHER, MOTHER, GRANDFATHER, GRANDMOTHER, SISTER, BROTHER, and others like this. What the hell has happened to this crazy bitch? I was so pleased to hear vandals damaged her home with paint and hopefully more.
God would be unhappy with me for saying this, I hope a house falls on her like in the Wizard of Oz. Remember folks, she is a witch. Did I misspell witch?
Inventor Jovan Pulitzer said that, not long after he was “asked” by a Georgia state Senate subcommittee to audit absentee ballots in Fulton County, trucks pulled up to a county facility where ballots were stored, loaded them up, and took them away.

Following a Wednesday hearing on election integrity, Georgia’s Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections unanimously passed a motion to request an audit of absentee ballots in Fulton County using a method outlined by Pulitzer.
Pulitzer told the Monica Matthews podcast on Thursday about the alleged destruction of evidence in the disputed Georgia election.
“I’d like your permission of you and your fine audience that as I answer you that I have your permission to piss you off,” Pulitzer said. “The very minute that order went through and that order was followed, and all the legal notices were done, it didn’t even take four hours later where moving trucks with this stuff was backed up to those buildings trying to get rid of the evidence.”
Pulitzer testified before the state Senate’s Election Law Study Subcommittee on Wednesday. Based largely on his testimony, the committee unanimously passed a motion to request an audit of absentee ballots in Fulton County.
Pulitzer, who according to the Monica Matthews podcast has over 200 patents with over 12 billion handheld devices use his technology, explained how he can look at the Georgia ballots and determine almost immediately if a ballot is fraudulent or not. Pulitzer noted that he can look at 500,000 ballots in a couple of hours.
During the hearing, Pulitzer was able to access a Dominion voting machine in real-time.
During Thursday’s discussion with Monica Matthews the two discussed the process of exposing ballot fraud via technology along with “very heartfelt personal reasons” every American should demand the integrity of the 2020 election be upheld.
Pulitzer also said that China is in fact online with a Georgia polling station “today.”
President Donald Trump’s legal team presented surveillance video footage captured at the State Farm Arena in Fulton County on the night of Nov. 3 that Trump legal advisers say shows election officials counting ballots after telling poll observers to leave. One of those election workers was seen scanning a batch of ballots multiple times, the Trump advisers said.
President Trump and Georgia state Republican lawmakers have repeatedly called for a special session in the state legislature, but Gov. Brian Kemp has refused to call for it.
“While we understand four members of the Georgia Senate are requesting the convening of a special session of the General Assembly, doing this in order to select a separate slate of presidential electors is not an option that is allowed under state or federal law,” Kemp said in a joint statement with Republican Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan earlier this month.
Trump on Wednesday said Kemp should resign from office.
“He is an obstructionist who refuses to admit that we won Georgia, BIG! Also won the other Swing States,” Trump tweeted.
Leaders in the House of Representatives announced on Friday a rules package for the 117th Congress that includes a proposal to use “gender-inclusive language” and eliminate gendered terms such as “‘father, mother, son, daughter,” and more.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Rules Committee Chairman James McGovern (D-Mass.) announced on Friday that the rules package includes changes that would “honor all gender identities by changing pronouns and familial relationships in the House rules to be gender neutral.”
A separate announcement from McGovern (pdf) said that the Democratic rules package will make “Changes [to] pronouns and familial relationships in the House rules to be gender neutral or removes references to gender, as appropriate, to ensure we are inclusive of all Members, Delegates, Resident Commissioners and their families—including those who are nonbinary.”
Terms to be struck from clause 8(c)(3) of rule XXIII, the House’s Code of Official Conduct, as outlined in the proposed rules (pdf), include “father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew, niece, husband, wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepson, stepdaughter, stepbrother, stepsister, half brother, half sister, grandson, [and] granddaughter.”
Such terms would be replaced with “parent, child, sibling, parent’s sibling, first cousin, sibling’s child, spouse, parent-in-law, child-in-law, sibling-in-law, stepparent, stepchild, stepsibling, half-sibling, [and] grandchild.”
According to the proposed rules, “seamen” would be replaced with “seafarers,” and “Chairman” would be replaced with “Chair” in Rule X of the House.
Pelosi and McGovern said that the overall package “includes sweeping ethics reforms, increases accountability for the American people, and makes this House of Representatives the most inclusive in history.”
The rules package includes removing floor privileges from former Congress members who have been convicted of crimes related to their House service or election.
It would also make it “a violation of the Code of Official Conduct for a Member, officer, or employee of the House to disclose the identity of a whistleblower.”
It also establishes a new Select Committee on Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth, to “investigate, study, make findings, and develop recommendations on policies, strategies, and innovations” to “[empower] American economic growth while ensuring that no one is left out or behind in the 21st Century Economy.”
The rules package will be introduced and voted on once the new Congress convenes.
The Staff: This bitch and her cohorts are trying to destroy our county that we've had the privilege to refer to our parents as "Father, Mother, Grandfather, Grandmother and etc. for hundreds of years. At what point will these clowns cross that line and incite violence from Americans who are unwilling to give up their freedoms to a bunch of Elite (They Think) assholes. I believe that time is short and many will take up arms to remove what they believe is the attempted overthrow of America by Socialists/Communists better know as members of congress and the courts.
From what we have learned in this last election is the courts are stacked for the Socialists/Communists who are pushing to destroy our country. This needs to stop now before that line is crossed and only God can help save us from that happening.
