Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has urged the Department of Justice and the postmaster general to look into an alleged scheme to collect late mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.

Graham received a sworn affidavit from Richard Hopkins, an Erie, Pennsylvania, mail carrier who claims he was instructed to collect late ballots, with the apparent intent from Postmaster Rob Weisenbach to backdate the votes. Hopkins made the claims in a signed affidavit under the penalty of perjury.

“Although, as I understand Pennsylvania law, ballots must be postmarked by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 3, 2020 in Pennsylvania, Postmaster Rob Weisenbach directed my co-workers and I to pick up ballots after Election Day and provide them to him,” the affidavit reads in part, adding, “I heard Weisenbach tell a supervisor at my office that Weisenbach was back-dating the postmarks on the ballots to make it appear as though the ballots had been collected on November 3, 2020 despite them in fact being collected on November 4 and possibly later.”

As noted by The Epoch Times, election rules in Pennsylvania allow for ballots to be counted up to three days after Election Day, but they must be postmarked as having been sent on Nov. 3.A USPS spokesman told the outlet “it was aware of Hopkins’ claim and has referred the matter to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the Office of Inspector General,” said The Epoch Times, noting that Mr. Weisenbach did not respond back to a request for comment.

Graham said in a statement that it is “imperative that all credible allegations of voting irregularities and misconduct be investigated.”

“It is imperative that all credible allegations of voting irregularities and misconduct be investigated to ensure the integrity of the 2020 elections,” the senator said. “The presidential election remains close in multiple states, and as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, all credible allegations of voting irregularities and misconduct will be taken seriously. I will not allow credible allegations of voting irregularities or misconduct to be swept under the rug.”

“I will be calling on the Department of Justice to investigate these claims,” he announced. “I’ll also be in contact with the Postmaster General, requesting he to look into these allegations, ones that may follow, and help secure the testimony of Mr. Hopkins. Mr. Hopkins is entitled to all whistleblower protections, and I will ensure they extend to other postal workers who may come forward with claims of irregulates [sic], misconduct, fraud, etc.”

“The expanded use of mail-in voting is making the post office the administrator of elections, not the local election officials. This change in mission requires there to be further scrutiny to ensure the system is beyond reproach,” continued Graham.

“Every American should want our election processes to work accurately, and given the recency of such a large volume of mail-in voting, that will require oversight,” he added. “Election outcomes are not determined by media outlets but certified, accurate vote counts. Officials in Pennsylvania should take allegations from Mr. Hopkins and others seriously before certifying a final outcome.”

CNN's Jake Tapper marked a historic moment on Saturday as President Trump was projected to lose his re-election bid, reflecting on an "era of just plain meanness."

Tapper spoke on Saturday morning as CNN and other networks projected that former Vice President Joe Biden will defeat Trump in the 2020 presidential election. He remarked upon the "end of a tumultuous presidency" amid "a time of extreme divisions" in the United States.

"It has been a time where truth and fact were treated with disdain," Tapper said. "It is a time of cruelty, where official inhumanities, such as child separation, became the official, shameful policy of the United States. But now, the Trump presidency is coming to an end. With so many squandered opportunities and ruined potential, but also an era of just plain meanness."

Tapper criticized the Trump administration's response to the coronavirus pandemic, blasting the president's "unwillingness to respect facts and science and do everything that could be done to save lives during a pandemic." The CNN host also described the Trump presidency as a "time of some accomplishments," and a time when many Americans "felt heard" for the first time, "which is important."

But Tapper concluded, "It must be said, to paraphrase President Ford, for tens of millions of our fellow Americans, their long national nightmare is over."

Hate to tell them, executive orders are NOT law. They can be overturned by the next administration supposedly.

Some may call President Trump a poor looser but I don't agree as he didn't. The election appears to have been stolen bu computers software and a bunch of dead voters.  

 

I have Taken Time before Blowing UP

I have taken time to assess what has happened based on what has been said on TV, the Net, and various sites. My feeling is the election of Biden is a big question. Some local reports show more votes in a state than registered voters. I would call the fraud but I am not a lawyer. I have also been reading and hearing about software that can flip voters and it has been used in a number of states and proven. Mystery ballets appearing late at night and that appears to make more questions that need to be answered. 

I can not and will not based on the above accept Biden as the president but a phony who got in by liberals once again cheating. I say once again as I have mentioned before, Nixon got beat by a bunch of DEAD VOTERS in Chicago and here we go again.

It is very interesting how the media buried the Biden Family scandal and moved right on to help this crook get elected. When I say the media, I am including Fox News as just another liberal network now. It started changing when they hired Donna who leaked questions to Hillary for a debate. I have now moved on to another more fair and balanced network that try to be objective on both sides. Will see how long this last. Biden and the crime family he and crack son ran would put most of us in jail. Not good old Joe, he just passes himself off as Just One of the Guys, crap, he is a crook.

It shouldn't be long before we see President Harris and the radical left will destroy what is left of this once great country. Joie doesn't have the brain power to stay there long and everyone knows.

 It will only be a few months before we have President Harris as dear OLD Joe is not up to the job and will take this country in a direction our founding father would never understand today. I can only hope the ballets are counted correctly and as the number of votes cast in Wisconsin are great then the registered voters so it is great sadness we have become that banana republic I have written about. Voting in this country has become a joke and so long as we don't have to verify who the hell is voting, we are a THIRD RATE COUNTY.

This is not the first time someone won with disputed votes (known as dead people) as Kennedy did win he defeated Nixon. We all knew that Chicago was counting dead people and that is why the votes came in so very late but Nixon believed the country couldn't take a challenge to the process and didn't fight. I only hope President Trump fights and demands a accurate recount and if not, I don't have a president as Biden would not have won and is fraud.

I only hope we have the senate and can stop the liberal spending and bring some type of order to this screwed up country. After two years of watching this country under a progressive administration and the screwed up job they are going to do, we can maybe VOTE THE SOCIALISTS OUT in 2022.
