ABC News reports a that Baltimore mother was infuriated to learn her daughter received a birth control implant at school without the school obtaining parental consent, and the implant was placed improperly, causing physical ailments to the teen and potentially putting her life at risk.
Nicole Lambert reportedly took her 16-year-old daughter to the pediatrician after her daughter complained of headaches and arm pain. Upon examination, the pediatrician determined the teen’s ailments were caused by an improperly placed three-year contraceptive, Nexplanon, which had traveled to the back of her arm from the inside of her upper arm.
The pediatrician informed Lambert that the contraceptive would have to be removed to avoid more serious complications such as blood clots.
"I instantly started crying because just to hear that your child, anything could happen to your child and you didn't even know what's going on, it's a scary feeling," Lambert said.
Lambert reports that she was never made aware that the school had administered the birth control implant and states that the school did not obtain her permission. When she confronted the school and made a scene, school staff asked her to leave.
"I actually went to the school. I was furious. I was mad, so I went to the school and the nurse told me, 'I don't have to talk to you about absolutely nothing.' I'm like that is my child, I take care of this child, you can talk to me about my child, and they put me out of the school," said Lambert.
Unfortunately for Lambert, state law permits minors to receive contraception services without parental consent.
According to Consumer Affairs, the city of Baltimore has been “progressive” on the subject of adolescent reproductive health and teen pregnancy and has distributed various forms of birth control to students without parental consent for more than 50 years, despite the controversy.
WMAR reports several of Baltimore City’s 17 School-Based Health Centers (SBHC) provide reproductive services to students, five of which are operated by the Baltimore City Health Department and eight of which are operated by the Baltimore Medical System. These centers administer a variety of birth control, including oral pills, Plan B, Depo-Provera, NuvaRing, and Nexplanon.
The policy has had detractors such as former Baltimore City Councilman Carl Stokes, a Democrat. "They need parental permission to take children to the zoo, but they can surgically implant such a thing into a child's arm. I don't think so. It's social engineering at its worst," he said.
Other critics have raised concerns that the policy has been used to target minority students. “Why do you target African-American girls? Why not other communities? I think the answer is racism,” argued Reverend Gregory B. Perkins of St. Paul Community Baptist Church. “We live in a promiscuous society. The challenges for a young person in terms of sexual activity is the same in Baltimore City as it is in Montgomery County.”
Last year, Montgomery County High Schools did begin providing free condoms to its students following a unanimous school board vote to combat the increase in sexually transmitted diseases.
It’s worth noting that school districts in areas of Maryland with largely white populations, such as Anne Arundel County, Harford County, greaterBaltimore County, and Howard County, do not distribute birth control in schools.
The history of family planning supports Reverend Perkins' assertions of racism, as Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger was a eugenicist who viewed African Americans as a scourge on society and hoped to use abortion and contraception as tools to decrease the black population.
Lambert’s incident has raised concerns over the qualifications of staff who administer birth control to students. WMAR’s Mallory Sofastaii contacted the school system for information pertaining to nurse’s training, qualifications, and birth control policies, but was redirected to the Baltimore City Health Department, which stated it cannot respond to questions on this subject because of a pending case against the city.
The company behind the Nexplanon, Merck, did admit that there have not been any safety studies on women under the age of 18. But the spokesperson told WMAR the company expects the safety and efficacy to be the same as for adults.
Lambert states she is uncomfortable with nurses in school performing a procedure as invasive as a birth control implant on her child without parental consent. She hired an attorney to investigate the matter further, WMAR reports.
"Ms. Lambert wasn't given the choice to pick the medical provider where her daughter would feel comfortable going and receiving these services, who she knew did a comprehensive medical exam, who she knew knew her medical history," said Lambert’s attorney, David Ledyard.
Lambert has also raised concerns that there are other parents who may be unaware their children were implanted with this birth control, especially when there is a possibility that an improper implantation can pose serious medical risks. "Other kids out here could be going through the same thing and their parents don't know about it. And I just think these kids, if they have it incorrectly or whatever it is, they should be checked because anything could happen to these kids," said Lambert.

A globalist Swamp think tank is at the very heart of the latest impeachment coup against President Trump. And it’s uncanny how many prominent anti-America First dots are circling its orbit.
What can you say about an organization that brings together George Soros, the Clintons, leading defense contractors, a powerful lobbying firm that employs ex-House speaker John Boehner and notoriously biased media outlets such as CNN and Reuters, all under the same umbrella?
The Atlantic Council‘s commitment to globalism is at the core of its mission statement. “Through the papers we write, the ideas we generate, and the communities we build, the Council shapes policy choices and strategies to create a more secure and prosperous world,” the group says of itself.

Preserving the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and fostering a Cold War-era hostility to Russia are among its chief priorities. So it is no surprise that the Council is thoroughly engaged in Ukraine. With the Deep State’s attempts to first initiate a coup against President Trump via claims of Russian interference in the 2016 election having proven a dismal failure, the defenders of entrenched New World Order globalism in the U.S. government have now turned to Ukraine in a second attempt to oust the despised outsider in the White House. And Atlantic Council personnel are front and center in the effort.
Acting U.S. ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor, billed by The New York Times as a “model diplomat,” has provided crucial testimony to congressional Democrats pursuing impeachment over Trump’s July phone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky. As Breitbart reported on Oct. 23, Taylor has a long relationship with the Atlantic Council. Taylor has written “Ukraine policy pieces with the organization’s director and analysis articles published by the Council,” Breitbart reports.
The Council is funded by and partners with Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company that paid Joe Biden’s son Hunter $83,000 a month to serve as a consultant, despite the younger Biden having no experience whatsoever in the energy industry. Leftist establishment media outlet NPRhas reported on Burisma’s extensive ties to the organization. Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky “continues to buy favor with his support for the Atlantic Council, a Washington think tank,” NPR reported on Oct. 4.
“Kurt Volker, who resigned last week as the Trump administration’s special representative for Ukraine, is a senior adviser to the Atlantic Council. Volker’s role in the administration’s communications with Ukraine’s new government is now under scrutiny in Congress,” NPR stated.
“In September 2018, Vadym Pozharskiy, an adviser to Burisma’s board, attended Atlantic Council events in New York and met with Volker and former State Department officials, according to the company’s website.”
Beyond Burisma lie even more disturbing Atlantic Council confederates. The think tank has publicly declared its great debt to progressive globalist billionaire George Soros. “Soros’ political and strategic philanthropy is an inspirational example of how one man’s vision and unflagging commitment to the open society ideal can change the lives of millions,” the Council gushed in a 2015 article on its website simply titled “Thank You, George!”
“Soros has become one of the world’s most ardent advocates of the new Ukraine,” the article states.
Soros’s Open Society Foundations is listed as one of the top donors to the Atlantic Council, coming in under the $250,000-$499,000 category in the Council’s “Honor Roll of Contributors” for the 2018 fiscal year.
In that same high-dollar category one finds the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. Pinchuk is a Ukrainian billionaire oligarch. He is listed as a member of the Atlantic Council’s “International Advisory Board.” According to the Council, the board is “a uniquely influential group of global business and policy leaders who provide perspectives to the Atlantic Council’s president and board. A further goal from its first annual meeting in 2007 has been to bring the group’s wisdom to Washington and to provide its members with access to leading US thinkers and policy makers.”
One leading U.S. political family that Pinchuk has gained “access to” is the Clintons. Pinchuk’s foundation is listed in the staggering $10-$25 million range of donors on the Clinton Foundationwebsite.
The Atlantic Council’s corporate partners also make for an intriguing bunch. Under “Corporate Membership,” one can find top defense contractors such as General Atomics Aeronautical, Lockheed Martin and United Technologies. Then there is Squire Patton Boggs, a powerful D.C. lobbyist firm that employs former Republican House speaker Boehner. His bio page at the firm is particularly nauseating:
“Speaker Boehner joined the team during the autumn of 2016, making Squire Patton Boggs the only public policy firm in the world with a former US House Speaker and a former US Senate Majority Leader (Senator Trent Lott), with a best-in-class team that includes former Senator John Breaux, Representative Jack Kingston and Rodney Slater, who served as Secretary of Transportation under President Bill Clinton.”
Squire Patton Boggs has lobbied on behalf of communist China. Boehner strongly advocated for improved relations with China during his years in Congress and supported granting Most Favored Nation trade status to the communist regime in the 1990s. This is the epitome of Swamp culture on full display.
Other eye-opening Council corporate partners include Thomson Reuters, Penguin Random House and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Oddly standing out among the globalist linchpins are seemingly benign brands such as Hanes, MetLife and Saab automobiles.
The interconnectivity at work here is fascinating. Let’s take a look at how it plays out in real life. Hanes is a member of the American Apparel and Footwear Association. In a publicly released letter in March 2018, that organization ripped Trump’s potential use of tariffs in pursuit of a more level trade field with China. “Such tariff increases would hurt U.S. consumers, U.S. workers, and U.S. companies,” the letter said, Reutersreported.
“Steve Lamar, executive vice president of the AAFA, said that because tariffs are already high on products like shoes, companies could be forced to either raise prices or reduce their American workforce if faced with increased taxes,” the Reuters article continues.
“We’re hearing about this form all of our members,” Lamar said, Reuters dutifully reported. “Our phones are ringing off the hook.”
To recap: Ostensibly neutral journalists at Reuters report that companies ostensibly worried about the U.S. economy like Hanes oppose Trump’s tariffs on China because they will hurt American workers. All while being part of the same globalist circle. See how it works?
As for Penguin Random House, the publisher is most recently best known for handing Barack and Michelle Obama a whopping $65 million book deal in 2017 despite that figure making absolutely no sense whatsoever from a business standpoint. As Publishers Weeklyreported at the time:
“Still other insiders said that fathoming the math is impossible, since the sum PRH paid is itself so far from the norm. As one foreign rights associate put it: ‘We’re all so blown away by the numbers on this deal that the sky’s the limit, right?’ She went on, ‘I’ve rarely seen seven-figure deals abroad, but these numbers are new to the game.'”
Going back to that Honor Roll of 2018 contributors to the Atlantic Council, one finds more astonishing names. Facebook is listed at the very highest category, the $1 million-plus listing. Other corporate donors strangely include brands such as Nestle, Starbucks and Total Wine.
But amid the vast list the name CNN jumps out. The 24-hour Trump-bashing cable “news” network is listed in the substantial $100,000-$249,999 category. CNN gave a six-figure donation to the Atlantic Council in 2018. Discovery Communications, Google and Twitter are also in that same high-dollar grouping.
On Oct. 24, The Federalist co-founder Sean Davis reported that CNN failed to disclose that a former U.S. diplomat to Ukraine who avidly defended Joe Biden’s dealings in that nation in an interview with the network is a top Atlantic Council member. John Herbst is the Eurasia Center director for the Council. The group even touted the segment on its website. Watching it while knowing that both Burisma and CNN are financial donors to the Atlantic Council makes for a particularly outrageous example of Fake News in action.
What an amazing coincidence that all these key players tirelessly pushing the impeachment narrative are tied to the same globalist think tank whose members are providing testimony against the president and using their status as current or former diplomats to very publicly denounce him. One would almost think it’s a conspiracy.

Twelve days after the so-called Trump-Ukraine “whistleblower” officially filed his complaint, a staffer for Rep. Adam Schiff’s House Intelligence Committee traveled to Ukraine as part of a program funded in part by Burisma Holdings and George Soros, a report said.
The Schiff staffer, Thomas Eager, visited Ukraine from Aug. 24-31 in a trip sponsored and organized by the Atlantic Council think tank, according to a report by Breitbart Jerusalem bureau chief Aaron Klein.

The corporate media has downplayed many aspects of the Ukraine story that do not fit an impeachment inquiry narrative.
Along with not reporting on the timing of the Schiff staffer’s visit to Ukraine, major media outlets also glossed over the fact that Schiff knew about the whistleblower complaint in advance, and continue to overlook the Bidens’ Ukraine scandal.
The whistleblower filed his complaint about President Donald Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Aug. 12.
The Atlantic Council is funded by and routinely works in partnership with Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian firm which paid Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden $50,000 a month to sit on its board. Burisma was being investigated by the prosecutor Joe Biden boasted about getting fired.
According to a report by The Hill’s John Solomon, Joe Biden admitted during a 2018 videotaped speech that, as vice president in March 2016, he threatened to cancel $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees to pressure Ukraine’s then-President Petro Poroshenko to fire the prosecutor, Viktor Shokin.
The Schiff staffer’s Atlantic Council trip in August was billed as a “Ukraine Study Trip,” and culminated in a meeting with Poroshenko.
Besides funding from Burisma, the Atlantic Council is also financed by Google Capital, leftist billionaire George Soros’s Open Society Foundations as well as the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Inc. and the U.S. State Department, Klein’s report noted.
In his phone call with Zelensky, Trump also mentioned CrowdStrike, the outside firm utilized to conclude that Russia hacked the Democratic National Committee’s servers during the 2016 presidential election. The DNC would not allow the U.S. government to inspect the servers.
CrowdStrike founder Dmitri Alperovitch is a nonresident senior fellow of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative at the Atlantic Council.
“There are common threads that run through an organization repeatedly relied upon in the so-called whistleblower’s complaint about Trump and CrowdStrike,” the Breitbart report said.
Klein’s report noted: “One of several themes is financing tied to Google, whose Google Capital led a $100 million funding drive that financed Crowdstrike. Google Capital, which now goes by the name of CapitalG, is an arm of Alphabet Inc., Google’s parent company. Eric Schmidt, the chairman of Alphabet, has been a staunch and active supporter of Hillary Clinton and is a longtime donor to the Democratic Party.”
Perkins Coie, the law firm that represented the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign, reportedly helped bring on CrowdStrike to aid with the DNC’s allegedly hacked server.
On behalf of the DNC and Clinton’s campaign, Perkins Coie also paid Fusion GPS to produce the discredited anti-Trump dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele.
Breitbart News reported last month that Google, Soros’s Open Society Foundations, the Rockefeller Fund and an agency of the State Department “each also finance a self-described investigative journalism organization repeatedly referenced as a source of information in the so-called whistleblower’s complaint alleging Trump was ‘using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country’ in the 2020 presidential race.”
The charges in the July 22 report referenced in the whistleblower’s complaint and released by the Google and Soros-funded organization, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), “seem to be the public precursors for a lot of the so-called whistleblower’s own claims,” Breitbart News reported.
One key section of the whistleblower’s document claims that “multiple U.S. officials told me that Mr. Giuliani had reportedly privately reached out to a variety of other Zelensky advisers, including Chief of Staff Andriy Bohdan and Acting Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov.”
This was allegedly to follow up on Trump’s call with Zelensky in order to discuss the “cases” mentioned in that call, according to the so-called whistleblower’s narrative. The complainer was clearly referencing Trump’s request for Ukraine to investigate the Biden corruption allegations.
Even though the statement was written in first person – “multiple U.S. officials told me” – it contains a footnote referencing a report by the OCCRP. That footnote reads: In a report published by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) on 22 July, two associates of Mr. Giuliani reportedly traveled to Kyiv in May 2019 and met with Mr. Bakanov and another close Zelensky adviser, Mr. Serhiy Shefir.
The whistleblower’s relies on the same OCCRP report on three more occasions to:
• Write that Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko “also stated that he wished to communicate directly with Attorney General Barr on these matters.” • Document that Trump adviser Rudi Giuliani “had spoken in late 2018 to former Prosecutor General Shokin, in a Skype call arranged by two associates of Mr. Giuliani.” • Bolster the charge that, “I also learned from a U.S. official that ‘associates’ of Mr. Giuliani were trying to make contact with the incoming Zelenskyy team.” The so-called whistleblower then relates in another footnote, “I do not know whether these associates of Mr. Giuliani were the same individuals named in the 22 July report by OCCRP, referenced above.”
The OCCRP report repeatedly referenced is actually a “joint investigation by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) and BuzzFeed News, based on interviews and court and business records in the United States and Ukraine.”
BuzzFeed infamously also first published the full anti-Trump dossier.
Breitbart News noted that “The OCCRP and BuzzFeed ‘joint investigation’ resulted in both OCCRP and BuzzFeed publishing similar lengthy pieces on July 22 claiming that Giuliani was attempting to use connections to have Ukraine investigate Trump’s political rivals.”
The so-called whistleblower’s document, however, only mentions the largely unknown OCCRP and does not reference BuzzFeed, which has faced scrutiny over its reporting on the Russia collusion claims.
Another listed OCCRP funder is the Omidyar Network, which is the nonprofit for liberal billionaire eBay founder Pierre Omidyar.
Together with Soros’s Open Society, Omidyar also funds the Poynter Institute for Media Studies, which hosts the International Fact-Checking Network that partnered with Facebook to help determine whether news stories are “disputed.”
In the transcript of his call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, U.S. President Donald Trump referenced CrowdStrike, a cyber firm used by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to investigate cyberattacks against the DNC during the 2016 election.
Radio host Rush Limbaugh said Trump’s mention of CrowdStrike was key.

“Now, let me tell you one other thing about CrowdStrike,” Limbaugh said on his Sept. 25 broadcast. “CrowdStrike, when I saw that word in the transcript with the call between Trump and the president of Ukraine, just to remind you, CrowdStrike, private sector security firm that the Democrats hired to analyze their server that they claim was hacked. They didn’t let the FBI examine the server. And can you imagine the FBI said, ‘Okay’? You ever had the FBI come to your house and want to search and you say, ‘No, you can’t come in,’ and they say, ‘Oh, okay,’ and leave?
Limbaugh continued: “Well, they showed up and Debbie ‘Blabbermouth’ Schultz said, get outta here, we don’t want you to look at our server, and they turned around and left. And the FBI, as they’re leaving, finds out that the Democrat National Committee hired CrowdStrike. And it is their analysis and only their analysis, CrowdStrike, the only evidence that Russia hacked the DNC. That’s all. And everybody has just assumed that the Russians were the guilty party only because the firm hired by the Democrats said so.”
CrowdStrike, Limbaugh said, “is alleged to have gotten something big wrong about Ukraine. CrowdStrike accused Russia of hacking a Ukrainian artillery app resulting in heavy losses, even though Ukraine has no incentive to help Russia, which is attacking them. Ukraine said it never happened. And yet CrowdStrike was asserting that Russia hacked a Ukrainian artillery app. How do I know this? Well, Andy McCarthy’s written about this in his book Ball of Collusion.”
A passage from McCarthy’s book states:
“CrowdStrike widely believed to have been wrong in a controversial 2016 judgment when it claimed that Russia hacked a Ukrainian artillery app resulting in heavy losses of howitzers in combat against separatists used by Moscow.”
Limbaugh added: “That’s a pretty big thing to be wrong about, and the only reason to point it out is, okay, if they’re wrong about that, what if the Democrat National Committee server was not hacked?
Do you realize how convenient it was for them to be able to say that Russia hacked their server and then link Trump to Russia? The FBI never assumed that because they never got to investigate it. So the presence of CrowdStrike, Trump asking the president of Ukraine to look into CrowdStrike as well as Biden and his son.”
Limbaugh continued: “Now, just a little bit more about CrowdStrike ’cause I have paid attention, there’s not a single — I haven’t seen a single report focus on CrowdStrike in this transcript. Now, I know why the Democrats are ignoring it. The Democrats are bent out of shape that Trump even knows about CrowdStrike. They think Trump’s an idiot. With Trump specifically zeroing in on CrowdStrike the Democrats have learned today, after reading that transcript, what Trump is really doing here.
” I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike … I guess you have one of your wealthy people… The server, they say Ukraine has it. There are a lot. of things that went on, the whole situation .. I think you are surrounding yourself with some of the same people. I would like to have the Attorney General call you or your people and I would like you to ·get to the bottom of it.”
“Trump is soliciting assistance from allies all over the world to help Barr prove the scam run against him. That’s what’s going on. That’s what the Democrats have learned today with that word ‘CrowdStrike’ being in the transcript. CrowdStrike, the founder of CrowdStrike is a Russian emigre who hates Putin with a purple passion. It seems to color CrowdStrike’s security work.
“Prime example being when CrowdStrike claimed that the Russians had hacked the Ukraine artillery software during the time Russia was invading Ukraine. CrowdStrike claimed the Russian hack caused the Ukrainians to fire on their own troops, killing thousands of them. They were dead wrong about it! And that’s a massive thing to be wrong about. Because the only problem was Ukraine said there was no such hack and no such battle and there were no such casualties.
“They said that CrowdStrike had made all of it up. And guess what? CrowdStrike withdrew its report and admitted that it was wrong.
