The President ordered the cabinet to Cut $100 million from the $3.5 trillion federal budget.

I'm so impressed by this sacrifice That I have decided to do the same thing with my personal budget. 

I spend about $2000 a month on groceries, household expenses, medicine, Utilities, etc, but it's time to get out the budget cutting axe, go through my expenses, and cut back.

I'm going to cut my spending at Exactly the same ratio, 1/35,000 of my total budget.  After doing the math, it looks like instead of spending $2000 a month; I'm going to have to cut that number by six cents.

Yes, I'm going to have to get by with $1999.94, but that's what sacrifice is all about.  I'll just have to do without some things, that are, frankly, luxuries. (Did the president actually think: No One Would Do The Math??)

As I sat in the examination room, His nurse keyed in my information, name, address, date of birth, medicines I was taking, etc. Into a computer with a monitor with about a 16 inch screen. When the doctor came in to check me, he keyed in something and my data came up. I said to him, "You're really going high-tech". He pointed at the monitor and said, "That's by Obama. All doctors must have An electronic filing system in place by 2014". When he finished removing the lesions, the nurse keyed in what he did and the ointment he prescribed.  Watch the video below, please. The Governor Should Stand Firm

As a former teamster member (Budweiser St Louis) I can state as a fact that some unions are disgusting and don't care about anything but themselves and dues they can get. During a strike at the brewery in the mid seventies, a possible bombing of a Switch Engine was rumored but never took place.

As a worker inside the brewery I saw first hand that production was the last thing the union wanted to see increased unless the company hired MORE union workers. As an example of union waste was a job I was given one night where I removed the apiece of the label on a bottle of Michelob. For eight hours not counting breaks, (we got to drink the products made at the brewery on breaks) I peeled off a piece of the label the size of half a quarter and earned approx. $22.00 per hour for something a monkey could do. This was around 1976/77 and it got only worse from there. There were oilers that oiled two machines twice during a eight hour shift and did nothing the rest of the time.

My final weekend there provide a glimpse of unions wanting to have people do NO WORK but have a job. I was called a Blue Tab which meant I was not full time yet but working my way there. One weekend the regular union members were mad about something and all Blue Tabs were called in for the weekend. Saturday night I was to load a box car with pallets of beer. When the regular unions members were working, they had one member getting the beer and another member loading it inside the car. This night I retrieved my own beer and loaded the box car while taking all my breaks and finished about 30 minutes early. Not hard, didn't break a sweat.

Sunday night I worked a Palletizer (machine stacked beer on pallets). Normally there were two union members doing this as one would load pallets in the rear of the machine and the other would take loaded pallets and place in storage. Once again I did both jobs by myself, took all breaks and still finished my shift early. What did I get for myself, FIRED BY THE UNION. I was never called back to work by the union as they controlled which blue tabs were called back each weekend. I needed two more weekends to become full time.

What I learned that weekend was, unions don't want to much productivity as it reduces the number of people employed and their power. They want your dues to spend however they want and that is it. It was sad to learn that to succeed in a union (teamsters) you had to not work.

I was also a member of the Steelworkers and have no complaints about that union as the harder I worked, the more I was paid for that productivity. That is something the Teamster have yet to learn and many companies also.      

Greed is usually drive unions not the quality of the product or service. Teachers, how many do not want to be retested to assure they are still qualified to instruct your children. Hell, people who work in the construction industry have to be retested in different field to be sure they are still qualified. What make a teacher exempt from being retested?

Wisconsin Strikers Should Get Their Way

I agree the protesters should get their way over the pay, healthcare cost and collective bargaining. As they are unwilling to pay a higher percentage or half what the general public does to balance the budget I believe the schools should layoff thousand of teachers, teacher aids, cut funding for ALL sports for all grade levels. Once this is done should additional cuts be made, they should look at ceasing to bus students to school and make the parents drive their children or have the children walk to school. Walking will also help Obama's wife get children who are obese slimmed down.

Lets take this one more step, cease all building construction that is either underway for new schools as with fewer teachers around they won't need more school rooms. Once all of the above is followed, the budget may be closer to meeting reality then it is now.

One more thing that has shown it needs to be looked at and that is Doctors. Some doctors have written notes excusing teachers claiming they are sick. If these doctors can be found and identified, their licenses to practice      medicine should be suspended until they can once again pass the medical board testing as they can't tell if someone is sick or just a liar (teacher).

Teachers and Doctors have shown themselves for what they are, law breakers, liars, and selfish. They are setting a wonderful example for their previous students. I say previous as I hope many are terminated that have broken the law and assisted in fraud claiming they were sick so they could protest. If they want to protest that is fine but the teachers show they don't give a damn about your kids, only themselves. They can protest after school hours and not make the children they are teaching pay for their greed.

Missouri has no illegals, go figure.

Missouri's  approach to the problem of illegal immigration appears to be more advanced, sophisticated, strict and effective than  anything to date in Arizona .

Do the loonies in San Francisco, or the White House, appreciate what Missouri has done? When are our fearless President and his dynamic Attorney General going to take action to require Missouri start accepting illegal immigrants once again?

So, why doesn't Missouri receive attention?

Answer:  There are no Mexican illegals in Missouri to demonstrate.

The "Show Me" state has once again shown us how it should be done. There needs to be more publicity and exposure regarding what Missouri has done.

Let's pass this around.

In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional amendment designating English as the official language of Missouri.  In November, 2008, nearly 90% voted in favor!  Thus, English became the official language for ALL governmental activity in Missouri.  No individual has the right to demand government services in a language OTHER than English.

In 2008, a measure was passed that required the Missouri Highway Patrol and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be in Missouri illegally.  Missouri law enforcement offices receive specific training with respect to enforcement of federal immigration laws.

In Missouri, illegal immigrants do NOT have access to taxpayers  benefits such as food stamps and health care through Missouri  HealthNET.

In 2009, a measure was passed that ensures Missouri's public institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to individuals who are illegally in the United States.

In Missouri, all post-secondary institutions of higher education to annually certify to the Missouri Dept. of Higher Education that they have NOT knowingly awarded financial aid to students who are unlawfully present in the United States.

So, while Arizona has made national news for its new law, it is important to remember, Missouri has been far more proactive in addressing this horrific problem.

Missouri has made it clear that illegal immigrants are NOT welcome in the state and they will certainly NOT receive public benefits  at the expense of Missouri taxpayers.

The First Article about How We the People are Going to Be Screwed on Social Security

Why did Bernie Madoff go to prison?  To make it simple, he talked people into investing with him.  Trouble was, he didn't invest their money.  As time rolled on he simply took the money from the new investors to pay off the old investors.  Finally there were too many old investors and not enough money from new investors coming in to keep the payments going. Next thing you know Madoff is one of the most hated men in  America   and he is off to jail. Some of you know this.  But not enough of you.  Madoff did to his investors what the government has been doing to us for over 70 years with Social Security.  There is no meaningful difference between the two schemes, except that one was operated by a private individual who is now in jail, and the other is operated by politicians who enjoy perks, privileges and status in spite of their actions.  Do you need a side-by-side comparison here?  Well here's a nifty little chart.   BERNIE MADOFF SOCIAL SECURITY Takes money from investors with the promise that the money will be invested and made available to them later. Takes money from wage earners with the promise that the money will be invested in a "Trust Fund" (Lock Box) and made available later. Instead of investing the money Madoff spends it on nice homes in the Hamptons     and yachts.. Instead of depositing money in a Trust Fund the politicians  transfer it to the General Revenue Fund and use it for general spending and vote buying. When the time comes to pay the investors back Madoff simply uses some of the new funds from newer investors to pay back the older investors. When benefits for older investors become due the politicians pay them with money taken from younger and newer wage earners to pay the older geezers. When Madoff's scheme is discovered all hell breaks loose.  New investors won't give him any more cash. When Social Security runs out of money the politicians try to force the taxpayers to send them some more; or they cancel S/S to all those who paid into it. Bernie Madoff is in jail. Politicians remain in  Washington .. with fat medical and retirement benefits. A Second Rate President Trying to Make America a Second Rate Country Continues

Diplomacy: Barack Obama's 67-minute press conference with China's President Hu Jintao Wednesday underlined how unexceptional the U.S. is to its president. Funny, that's not how the Chinese leader sees it.

Ironies, some not so amusing, abounded in the lengthy joint briefing for the press at the White House this week. For starters, as radio commentator Rush Limbaugh observed, it was strange to see Obama, 2009 winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, bend over backward to fete and flatter the leader who was responsible for repressing Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo, winner of the exact same prize last year.

Obama dished out lots of praise for China's success, gushing "the development of China has brought unprecedented economic growth to more people more quickly than just about any time in history." Left out was any recognition that China's paddling as fast as it can to imitate the U.S. without democracy. To the extent it's succeeded in permitting a private sector, it did what we did.

Obama also insisted that China's ascent was absolutely no threat to the U.S. "We welcome China's rise," he insisted.

He noted that he wanted to "make sure" it was done peacefully. But that soft-pedals a rather large elephant in the room. The only reason China has money at all is that it emulates us, and the only reason China has been peaceful so far is that U.S. naval warships have been patrolling the Pacific Rim for about six decades.

The two are actually related: U.S. military might in the Pacific enabled Japan and the Tiger states of the Pacific Rim — Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia — to surge, an event that spurred China to turn to the markets to catch up. Without the U.S. Navy, none of this could have happened.

As for human rights, Obama slid into moral equivalence. Instead of stating the obvious about U.S. moral superiority on that front, he could only summon: "China has a different political system than we do. China is at a different stage of development than we are. We come from very different cultures with very different histories."

So yes indeed, in a year such as 1968, when Martin Luther King Jr.'s civil rights work freed millions while Mao's Cultural Revolution slaughtered millions, our histories were ... different. As for the U.S., he was little more than a scold:

"Even as we were trying to stabilize the financial system, what was absolutely clear was that we couldn't go back to a system in which the United States was borrowing massively, consuming massively, but not producing and selling to the rest of the world."

It's a statement at odds with Obama's position as the most protectionist president since Herbert Hoover.

To top it off, Obama didn't signal that U.S. leadership was essential to leading a global economic recovery. But the Group of 20 is.

Is it too much to ask for a president who recognizes the singular strengths of the U.S. and its free economy? Based on this speech, it's obvious Obama still sees his own country as just another nation of no exceptionality among many. That he's done it with an increasingly assertive China sends the wrong message to everyone.


The Staff: Can anyone believe this lightweight so called leader of America has the best interest of us in his mind? If anyone does, I have some banana mines in Alabama for sale.

Sheriff Joe is at It Again, Thanks

You all remember Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona , who painted the jail     
cells pink and made the inmates wear pink prison garb. Well.........     
                                                                           
SHERIFF JOE IS AT IT AGAIN!                                               
                                                                           
Oh, there's MUCH more to know about Sheriff Joe!                         
                                                                           
Maricopa County was spending approx. $18 million dollars a year on stray 
animals, like cat s and dogs.  Sheriff Joe offered to take the department 
over, and the County Supervisors said okay.                               
                                                                           
The animal shelters are now all staffed and operated by prisoners.  They 
feed and care for the strays.  Every animal in his care is taken out and 
walked twice daily.  He now has prisoners who are experts in animal       
nutrition and behavior. They give great classes for anyone who'd like to 
adopt an animal.  He has literally taken stray dog s off the street, given
them to the care of prisoners, and had them place in dog shows.           
                                                                           
The best part?  His budget for the entire department is now under $3     
million.  Teresa and I adopted a Weimaraner from a Maricopa County shelter
two years ago.  He was neutered and current on all shots, in great health,
and even had a microchip inserted the day we got him.  Cost us $78.       
                                                                           
The prisoners get the benefit of about $0.28 an hour for working, but most
would work for free, just to be out of their cells for the day.  Most of 
his budget is for utilities, building maintenance, etc.  He pays the     
prisoners out of the fees collected for adopted animals.                 
                                                                           
I have long wondered when the rest of the country would take a look at the
way he runs the jail system and copy some of his ideas.  He has a huge   
farm, donated to the county years ago, where inmates can work, and they   
grow most of their own fresh vegetables and food, doing all the work and 
harvesting by hand.                                                       
                                                                           
He has a pretty good sized hog farm, which provides meat and fertilizer. 
It fertilizes the Christmas tree nursery, where prisoners work, and you   
can buy a living Christmas tree for $6 - $8 for the holidays and plant it 
later.  We have six trees in our yard from the prison.                   
                                                                           
Yup, he was re-elected last year with 83% of the vote.                   
                                                                           
Now he's in trouble with the ACLU again.  He painted all his buses and   
vehicles with a mural that has a special hotline phone number painted on 
it, where you can call and report suspected illegal aliens.  Immigrations 
and Customs Enforcement wasn't doing enough in his eyes, so he had 40     
deputies trained specifically for enforcing immigration laws, started up 
his hotline, and bought 4 new buses just for hauling folks back to the   
border.  He's kind of a 'Git-R Dun' kind of Sheriff.                     
                                                                           
TO THOSE OF YOU NOT FAMILIAR WITH JOE ARPAIO..                           
                                                                           
HE IS THE MARICOPA ARIZONA COUNTY SHERIFF                                 
                                                                           
AND HE KEEPS GETTING ELECTED OVER AND OVER.                               
                                                                           
THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY:                                           
                                                                           
Sheriff Joe Arpaio (in Arizona ) who created the 'Tent City Jail':       
      He has jail meals down to 40 cents a serving and charges the inmates
      for them.                                                           
      He stopped smoking and porno magazines in the jails.               
      Took away their weights.                                           
      Cut off all but 'G' movies.                                         
      He started chain gangs so the inmates could do free work on county 
      and city projects.                                                 
      Then he started chain gangs for women so he wouldn't get sued for   
      discrimination.                                                     
      He took away cable TV until he found out there was a federal court 
      order that required cable TV for jails, so he hooked up the cable TV
      again.....BUT only let in the Disney channel and the Weather       
      channel..                                                           
      When asked why the weather channel, he replied, "So they will know 
      how hot it's gonna be while they are working on my chain gangs."   
      He cut off coffee since it has zero nutritional value.             
      When the inmates complained, he told them, "This isn't The         
      Ritz/Carlton...... If you don't like it, don't come back."         
                                                                           
More On The Arizona Sheriff:                                             
With temperatures being even hotter than usual in Phoenix (116 degrees   
just set a new record), the Associated Press reports:                     
About 2,000 inmates living in a barbed-wire-surrounded tent encampment at 
the Maricopa County jail have been given permission to strip down to their
government-issued pink boxer shorts.                                     
                                                                           
On Wednesday, hundreds of men wearing boxers were either curled up on     
their bunk beds or chatted in the tents, which reached 138 degrees inside 
the week before.                                                         
                                                                           
Many were also swathed in wet, pink towels as sweat collected on their   
chests and dripped down to their PINK SOCKS.                             
                                                                           
"It feels like we are in a furnace," said James Zanzot, an inmate who has 
lived in the TENTS for 1 year.  "It's inhumane."                         
                                                                           
Joe Arpaio, the tough-guy sheriff who created the tent city and long ago 
started making his prisoners wear pink and eat bologna sandwiches, is not 
one bit sympathetic..  He said Wednesday that he told all of the inmates, 
"It's 120 degrees in Iraq and our soldiers are living in tents too, and   
they have to wear full battle gear, but they didn't commit any crimes, so 
shut your mouths!"

Maybe if all prisons were like this one there would be a lot less crime   
and/or repeat offenders.  Criminals should be punished for their crimes - 
not live in luxury until it's time for their parole, only to go out and   
commit another crime so they can get back in to live on taxpayers' money 
and enjoy things taxpayers can't afford to have for themselves.

AARP's Fall from Grace

I find this very interesting reading, so let's keep it going if you agree. It only takes a few days on the Internet and this will have reached 75% of the public in the U.S.A. Seniors need to stand up for what is right, not what the politicians want or big Corporations want.

This letter was sent to Mr. Rand who is the Executive Director of AARP.

THIS LADY NOT ONLY HAS A GRASP OF 'THE SITUATION' BUT AN INCREDIBLE COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE!

Dear Mr. Rand,

Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed membership in AARP by the requested date. I know it is not what you were looking for, but this is the most honest response I can give you. Our gap in coverage is merely a microscopic symptom of the real problem, a deepening lack of faith.

While we have proudly maintained our membership for several years and have long admired the AARP goals and principles, regrettably, we can no longer endorse it's abdication of our values. Your letter specifically stated that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights, yet the voice we hear is not ours. Your offer of being kept up to date on important issues through DIVIDED WE FAIL presents neither an impartial view nor the one we have come to embrace. We do believe that when two parties agree all the time on everything presented to them, one is probably not necessary. But, when the opinions and long term goals are diametrically opposed, the divorce is imminent. This is the philosophy which spawned our 200 years of government.

Once upon a time, we looked forward to being part of the senior demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP gave us a sense of belonging which we no longer enjoy. The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama Regime and empowered by AARP serves only to raise the blood pressure my medical insurance strives to contain. Clearly a conflict of interest there!

We do not understand the AARP posture, feel greatly betrayed by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years and leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to the problem anymore by renewing our membership. There are numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening our way of life or offending our sensibilities.

This Obama Regime scares the living daylights out of us. Not just for ourselves, but for our proud and bloodstained heritage. But even more importantly for our children and grandchildren. Washington has rendered Soylent Green a prophetic cautionary tale rather than a nonfiction scare tactic. I have never in my life endorsed any militant or radical groups, yet now I find myself listening to them. I don't have to agree with them to appreciate the fear which birthed their existence. Their borderline insanity presents little more than a balance to the voice of the Socialist mindset in power. Perhaps I became American by a great stroke of luck in some cosmic uterine lottery, but in my adulthood I CHOOSE to embrace it and nurture the freedoms it represents as well as the responsibilities it requires .

Your website generously offers us the opportunity to receive all communication in Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING??? The illegal perpetrators have broken into our 'house', invaded our home without our invitation or consent. The President has insisted we keep these illegal perpetrators in comfort and learn the perpetrator's language so we can communicate our reluctant welcome to them.

 I DON'T choose to welcome them.

I DON'T choose to support them.

I DON'T choose to educate them.

I DON'T choose to medicate them, pay for their food or clothing.

American home invaders get arrested.

Please explain to me why foreign lawbreakers can enjoy privileges on American soil that Americans do not get?

Why do some immigrants have to play the game to be welcomed and others only have to break & enter to be welcomed?

We travel for a living. Walt hauls horses all over this great country, averaging over 10,000 miles a month when he is out there. He meets more people than a politician on caffeine overdose. Of all the many good folks he enjoyed on this last 10,000 miles, this trip yielded only ONE supporter of the current Regime. One of us is out of touch with mainstream America . Since our poll is conducted without funding, I have more faith in it than ones that are driven by a need to yield AMNESTY. (aka - make voters out of the foreign lawbreakers so they can vote to continue the government's free handouts). This addition of 10 to 20 Million voters who then will vote to continue Socialism will OVERWHELM our votes to control the government's free handouts. It is a "slippery slope" we must not embark on!

As Margret Thatcher (former Prime Minister of Great Britain) once said "Socialism is GREAT - UNTIL you run out of other people's money!"

We have decided to forward this to everyone on our mailing list, and will encourage them to do the same... With several hundred in my address book, I have every faith that the eventual exponential factor will make a credible statement to you.
